Abstract
Description
ALDが制御するアンテナ制御装置がRET(Remote Electrical Tilt Unit)、RAS(Remote Azimuth Steering)などのようにアンテナに結合された電磁石、ステップモータ、アクチュエータ、油圧装置などを利用してアンテナの状態を変更するデバイスである場合、ポートとALDの接続状態は、R/W(Read / Write)に表示する。その理由は次の通りである。
ALDが制御するアンテナ制御装置がATS(Antenna Temperature Sensor)、GLS(Geographic Location Sensor)などのように、アンテナの状態をセンシング(Sensing)する装置である場合は、ポートとALDの接続状態は、R/O( Read Only)で表示する。ポートは、ALDでアンテナの状態を変更させる命令を送信する必要がなく、単にALDからアンテナ状態の情報を読み込むだけなので、R/O(Read Only)となる。
1つのALDに複数のポートを接続させる場合において、2つ以上のポートがR/Wで接続すると、アンテナの状態を変更しようとする2つ以上の制御命令がクラッシュすることがある。したがって、このような構成は許可されない。
本特許出願は、2014.11.25に韓国に出願した特許出願番号第10-2014-0165662号に対する、米国特許法119(a)条(35U.S.C§119(a))に基づく優先権を主張し、その全ての内容は参考文献として本特許出願に併合される。さらに、本特許出願は、米国以外の国においても、前記と同じ理由で優先権を主張すると、その全ての内容は、参考文献として本特許出願に併合される。
Claims (17)
- 複数のALD(Antenna Line Device)、及び複数の基地局に接続した複数のポートを含むマルチALDシステムで複数のアンテナを制御するための方法において、
前記複数のALDのうちのいずれかが前記複数の基地局のうちのいずれかから構成命令(Configuration Command)を受信する過程と、
前記構成命令を受信したALDが、他のALDのそれぞれに前記構成命令を伝達する過程、及び、
前記複数のALDのそれぞれが前記構成命令に応じて制御するアンテナまたは接続するポートを設定する過程と、
を含むことを特徴とするアンテナ制御方法。 - 前記構成命令は、
前記複数のALDと前記複数のポートとの間の接続関係、または前記複数のALDと前記複数のアンテナとの間の接続関係を指示する設定情報であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンテナ制御方法。 - 前記マルチALDシステムにて前記複数のALDのそれぞれが制御するアンテナが予め設定され、
前記複数のALDのそれぞれは、前記構成命令に応じて接続するポートを設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンテナ制御方法。 - 前記構成命令は、前記複数のALDと前記複数のポートとの間の接続関係を指示する設定情報として、1つのALDは、2つ以上のポートからアンテナ状態の変更命令を受信して実行することを許可しないように設定することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアンテナ制御方法。
- 前記マルチALDシステムにて前記複数のALDのそれぞれが接続するポートが予め設定され、
前記複数のALDのそれぞれは、前記構成命令に応じて制御するアンテナを設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンテナ制御方法。 - 前記構成命令は、前記複数のALDと前記複数のアンテナとの間の接続関係を指示する設定情報として、1つのALDは、2つ以上のアンテナと接続しないように設定することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアンテナ制御方法。
- 前記設定過程の後に、
前記複数のALDの全てが前記構成命令に応じた設定を完了すると、前記マスターALDが前記構成命令を送信した基地局及び前記スレーブALDの全てに設定完了信号を送信する過程
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンテナ制御方法。 - 前記伝達する過程は、
前記構成命令を受信したALD(以下、「マスターALD」と称する)が、他のALD(以下、「スレーブALD」と称する)に前記構成命令を受信したことを知らせる通知信号を送信する過程と、
前記マスターALDが前記スレーブALDのそれぞれから前記通知信号を受信したことを確認する信号を受信する過程、及び、
前記マスターALDが前記スレーブALDのそれぞれに前記構成命令を送信する過程と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンテナ制御方法。 - 前記スレーブALDのそれぞれは、前記通知信号を受信した時点から前記設定完了信号を受信する時点までに、前記複数の基地局のうちのいずれかから受信される構成命令を無視することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のアンテナ制御方法。
- 複数のアンテナを制御するためのマルチALD(Antenna Line Device)システムにおいて、
複数の基地局とそれぞれ接続する複数のポート、及び、
前記複数のアンテナを制御するための複数のALDを含み、
前記複数のALDのそれぞれは、互いに通信可能に接続し、複数の基地局のうちのいずれかの基地局から受信した構成命令に応じて制御するアンテナまたは接続するポートを設定することを特徴とするマルチALDシステム。 - 前記複数のALDのうちのいずれかのALDが前記構成命令を受信すると、前記構成命令を受信したALDが前記構成命令を他のALDに転送することにより、前記複数のALDが前記構成命令を共有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のマルチALDシステム。
- 前記複数のALDのそれぞれは、特定の構成命令に応じた構成作業が進行中である場合は、前記複数の基地局のそれぞれから受信される他の構成命令を無視することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のマルチALDシステム。
- 前記構成命令は、
前記複数のALDと前記複数のポートとの間の接続関係、または前記複数のALDと前記複数のアンテナとの間の接続関係を指示する設定情報であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のマルチALDシステム。 - 前記構成命令は、
一つのALDが、2つ以上のポートからアンテナ状態の変更命令を受信して実行しないように設定された命令であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のマルチALDシステム。 - 前記構成命令は、
一つのALDは、2つ以上のアンテナと接続しないように設定された命令であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のマルチALDシステム。 - 前記複数のALDのそれぞれが制御するアンテナが予め設定され、
前記複数のALDのそれぞれは、前記構成命令に応じて接続するポートを設定することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のマルチALDシステム。 - 前記複数のALDのそれぞれが接続するポートが予め設定され、
前記複数のALDのそれぞれは、前記構成命令に応じて制御するアンテナを設定することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のマルチALDシステム。
