Claims (16)
- 包装材料の殺菌処理の期間の本質的な部分の間に、電子ビームの少なくとも1つの線量制御パラメータの連続的な測定のためのセンサ組立体であって、前記センサ組立体は、
− 電子出口窓(2)から電子ビーム(e−)を発するように適合された電子ビームエミッタ(3)と、
− センサ装置(1)とを含み、
前記センサ装置(1)は、
− 電子励起可能材料(5)を含むセンサ表面(4)であって、前記電子励起可能材料(5)を励起させることで前記電子励起可能材料(5)が発光を放射するように、前記電子ビーム(e−)の少なくとも一部で放射されるように配置された電子励起可能材料(5)を含むセンサ表面(4)と、
− 前記発光を検出するように配置及び適合された検出器(6)とを含み
前記電子ビームエミッタは、包装材料を照射及び殺菌するために所定の期間の間に連続的な電子ビーム(e−)を発するように適合されている、センサ組立体。 - 前記電子ビームエミッタ(3)は、低電圧電子ビームエミッタである、請求項1に記載のセンサ組立体。
- 前記励起可能材料は、YAG:Ce結晶、YAG:Ce粉末、CaF2:Eu、Gd2O2S:Tb、LuAG:Ce及びYAP:Ce(Mg4FGeO6:Mn)の群に含まれる材料である、請求項1または2に記載のセンサ組立体。
- 前記検出器(6)は、CCDカメラ、ICCDカメラ、COMSカメラ、光電子増倍管及びフォトダイオードの群の中の一つである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ組立体。
- 前記センサ表面(4)は、前記電子ビームエミッタに面している金属被覆(7)によって被覆されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ組立体。
- 前記金属被覆は、ロジウム、白金、オスミウム、イリジウム、ルテニウム、パラジウム及び金の群に含まれる金属で作られている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ組立体。
- 前記金属被覆は、ロジウムで作られている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ組立体。
- 前記金属被覆は接地されている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ組立体。
- 前記センサ表面と熱的接触して配置されたガラス窓をさらに含み、前記窓は前記検出器に面しており、及び追加の熱伝導性素子と熱的接触している、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ組立体。
- 前記センサ表面と前記検出器との間に配置された鉛窓をさらに含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ組立体。
- 前記線量制御パラメータは、線量率(kGy/s)である、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ組立体。
- 前記検出器4は、光ファイバを経て前記センサ表面5からの発光を収集している、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ組立体。
- 前記センサ装置は、
− 前記センサからの情報を処理するための処理手段に接続されており、及び
− 前記電子ビームの前記線量制御パラメータの1Dまたは2D画像を生成するように配置されている、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ組立体。 - 前記センサ表面の面積は、前記電子ビームの全断面を捕獲するのに十分大きい、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ組立体。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ組立体を含む、食品包装を製造するための包装機。
- 包装材料の殺菌処理の期間の本質的な部分の間に、電子ビームエミッタの電子ビームの少なくとも1つの線量制御パラメータの連続的な測定のための方法であって、前記方法は、
− 電子ビームの電子(e−)を強制的にセンサ表面へ衝突させるステップであって、前記センサ表面は、前記電子(e−)が衝突するときに、発光を生成するように適合されている、ステップと、
− 少なくとも1つの検出器によって、生成された発光を検出するステップと、を含む方法。
