Claims (15)
- 塞栓を偏向させる血管内装置であって、
a. 長さのあるフレームと、

- 前記ワイヤが、前記フィルタの前記水平面から下方に力を加えるように構成される、請求項1または2に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記ワイヤが、前記フィルタの前記水平面から上方に力を加えるように構成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記ワイヤがテザーを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記テザーが少なくとも1つの内腔を含む、請求項5に記載の血管内装置。
- ガイドワイヤが、前記内腔内に位置決めされ、かつ、前記テザーの前記内腔の内壁に力を加えるように構成される、請求項6に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記テザーが、取り付けられた保護リップを含む、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記ワイヤが前記テザーを含み、かつ、前記テザーが前記フィルタの前記水平面の下または上に力を加えるように構成される、請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記ワイヤが拡張器先端を含む、請求項1に記載の血管内装置。

長さのあるフレームと、
前記フレームに取り付けられ、かつ、前記フレームの長さに延在する塞栓のフィルタとを含み、
前記血管内装置が、前記フィルタの水平面に沿って走行し、対象者の大動脈に展開された場合に前記フレームおよび/または前記フィルタに力を加えるように構成されたワイヤを含む、血管内装置と、
前記血管内装置を対象者の大動脈に導入するための内腔を有する導入シースとを含む、送達システム。 - ピッグテールカテーテルをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の送達システム。
- 前記ピッグテールカテーテルが、鈍先端をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の送達システム。
- 偏向器をさらに含む、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の送達システム。
