Abstract

Un dispositivo (1) para el despliegue de un sistema de alambres guías dentro de una cámara cardíaca, que comprende un catéter introductor (10) que tiene al menos un lumen pasante principal (12) y al menos un lumen pasante secundario (18), dentro del lumen principal se colocan al menos dos primeros catéteres guías (14) que tienen extremos distales respectivos desviados o que pueden desviarse (38) adaptados para emerger del extremo distal del catéter introductor para transportar y dirigir los extremos distales (47) de los alambres guías respectivos (46) colocados dentro de los catéteres guías hacia un miembro de captura de un sistema de captura (22) el cual se proporciona dentro del lumen secundario del catéter introductor y puede arrastrarse respectivamente fuera de y retraerse hacia el interior del mismo, el miembro de captura se proporciona con un medio de agarre distal (48) para capturar los extremos distales (47) de los alambres guías (46) y arrastrarlos hacia el catéter introductor, en donde el lumen secundario comprende una porción rectilínea (28) y una curvatura con respecto al eje de avance en el lumen principal, y termina en un orificio distal (32) localizado sobre la superficie lateral (34) del catéter introductor.
