Claims (9)
- 少なくとも搬送媒体を搬送する搬送装置であって、少なくとも1つの搬送空間(12)と、前記搬送空間(12)を少なくとも部分的に画定し、剛直に具体化される少なくとも1つの搬送空間要素(14)と、前記搬送空間要素(14)と共に前記搬送空間(12)を画定する少なくとも1つの弾性変形可能搬送要素(16)と、を備え、前記搬送要素(16)が、該搬送要素(16)の断面で見ると、少なくとも前記搬送空間(12)を少なくとも部分的に画定する前記搬送空間要素(14)の剛体壁(24)の最大横断範囲(22)と少なくとも略等価である最大横断範囲(20)を有する少なくとも1つの搬送面(18)を備え、少なくとも前記搬送要素(16)がばね弾性的に具体化される、搬送装置。
- 無負荷状態において、前記搬送要素(16)が、前記搬送要素(16)の断面で見ると、前記搬送空間要素(14)の剛体壁(24)の円弧部分(36、38、40)の最大長(30、32、34)の合計である最大長(28)を有する少なくとも1つの円弧部分(26)を備える、請求項1に記載の搬送装置。
- 前記搬送空間要素(14)の剛体壁(24)が、断面で見ると、少なくとも3つの連続円弧部分(36、38、40)を備える、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の搬送装置。
- 前記搬送空間要素(14)の剛体壁(24)が、断面で見ると、少なくとも3つの円弧部分(36、38、40)を備え、前記3つの円弧部分(36、38、40)のうち少なくとも2つが異なる半径(42、44、46)を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の搬送装置。
- 前記搬送空間要素(14)の剛体壁(24)が、断面で見ると、変曲点(48、50)で相互に接するように配置される少なくとも2つの直接連続円弧部分(36、38、40)を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の搬送装置。
- 少なくとも無負荷状態において、前記搬送要素(16)が、少なくとも1つの円弧部分(26)を備え、その半径(52)が前記搬送空間要素(14)の剛体壁(24)の少なくとも1つの円弧部分(36、38、40)の半径(42、44、46)よりも大きい、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の搬送装置。
- 前記搬送要素(16)と前記搬送空間要素(14)との間の最大搬送空間高さ(54)が、前記搬送空間要素(14)の剛体壁(24)の少なくとも1つの円弧部分(36、38、40)の半径(42、44、46)、または前記搬送要素(16)の少なくとも1つの円弧部分(26)の半径(52)、あるいはその両方よりも小さい、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の搬送装置。
- 前記搬送要素(16)が、少なくとも部分的に凸状湾曲して前記搬送空間要素(14)に配置可能である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の搬送装置。
