Claims (7)
- 摺動面とこの摺動面にグリースを供給するためのグリース溜まりとを有する第1部材と、第1部材の摺動面に対してグリース潤滑下で相対的に摺動する接触部を有する第2部材とを備えた摺動面構造であって、
前記グリース溜まりは、摺動面と接触部との摺動領域内から摺動領域周縁に延びる流路にて連通され、前記グリース溜まりにグレーティング状凹凸の周期構造が設けられていることを特徴とする摺動面構造。 - 前記流路が、第1部材側と第2部材側との少なくともいずれかに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摺動面構造。
- 前記グリース留まりが摺動方向に沿って設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の摺動面構造。
- 前記流路にグレーティング状凹凸の周期構造が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずか1項に記載の摺動面構造。
- 前記流路に設けられたグレーティング状凹凸の周期構造にグリースの増ちょう剤が担持されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の摺動面構造。
- 前記グレーティング状凹凸の周期構造は、凸部頂点が非平坦面となって連続的に高さが変化していることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の摺動面構造。
- 前記グレーティング状凹凸の周期構造の凹凸が50nm以上10μm以下かつ周期ピッチが10μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の摺動面構造。
