Claims (5)
- 射出成形金型に、樹脂が半含浸した強化繊維基材をインサートして樹脂を射出し、前記強化繊維基材が前記樹脂に完全含浸されるとともに、表面又は表裏面に一体に成形されてなる繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形方法。
ここに、半含浸とは、強化繊維基材の見かけ密度ρが目標見かけ密度ρcの50%〜2%に樹脂を含浸させること。完全含浸とは、樹脂成形品の見かけ密度ρが、目標見かけ密度ρcの95%以上であること。目標見かけ密度ρcとは、まったく空隙がなく樹脂が含浸した強化繊維基材の密度を意味し、強化繊維の繊維体積含有率Vf及び密度ρf、樹脂の樹脂体積含有率Vr及び密度ρrとすると、ρc=Vr×ρr+Vf×ρfである。 - 樹脂は、補強用途又は機能付与用途のために添加する充填材を含有する樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形方法。
- 強化繊維基材は、その端部が射出成形金型のキャビティ壁部で保持されるようにインサートされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形方法。
- 繊維強化樹脂成形品は、三次元形状に成形加工されてなる請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形方法。
- 繊維強化樹脂成形品は、その表面又は表裏面の一部に強化繊維基材が一体に成形されてなる請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品の成形方法。
