Claims (20)
- 磁気刺激療法に関するパルシング磁場を監視するためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
前記磁気刺激療法のための前記パルシング磁場を生成するように構成される磁気刺激構成要素と、
前記パルシング磁場に基づいて信号を生成するように構成されるセンサであって、前記信号は少なくとも1つのパルスを含み、前記信号の各パルスは前記パルシング磁場のパルスに応答して生成され、前記信号の各パルスは複数のピークを含む、センサと、
前記信号の第1のピークについての第1の特性を推定することと、
前記信号の第2のピークについての第2の特性を推定することであって、前記第1および第2のピークは前記信号の同じパルスに属する部分である、推定することと、
前記第1の特性および前記第2の特性に基づいて前記信号の第3の特性を決定することであって、前記第3の特性は、減衰レート、周波数、時間、磁束フラックス、電圧、または電流のうちの1つ又は複数を含む、決定することと、
前記信号の前記第3の特性に基づいて故障が発生したかどうかを判定することと
を行うように構成されるプロセッサと
を備える、システム。 - 前記第1の特性は、前記第1のピークの電圧、前記第1のピークの電流、前記第1のピークのRMS値、前記第1のピーク後のゼロクロス時間、前記第1のピークの時間値、または前記第1のピークの期間の少なくとも1つを含み、前記第2の特性は、前記第2のピークの電圧、前記第2のピークの電流、前記第2のピークのRMS値、前記第2のピーク後のゼロクロス時間、前記第2のピークの時間値、または前記第2のピークの期間の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記信号は、前記パルシング磁場の変化に比例する電圧、または前記パルシング磁場の変化に比例する電流のうちの1または複数を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のピークは、少なくとも1つの正のピークおよび少なくとも1つの負のピークを含み、各パルスは、さらに、各正のピークと各負のピークとの間に少なくとも1つのゼロクロスを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第3の特性は、前記第1の特性および前記第2の特性の平均であり、前記故障は、前記平均が、許容ウィンドウ外であるときに、発生したと判定される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記許容ウィンドウは、前記磁気刺激療法の1または複数の設定に依存する、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の特性は、前記第1のピークに関連付けられるパルス形状、前記第1のピークに関連付けられるパルス時間、前記第1のピークに関連付けられるパルス振幅、または、前記第1のピークに関連付けられるパルス持続時間であり、
前記第2の特性は、前記第2のピークに関連付けられるパルス形状、前記第2のピークに関連付けられるパルス時間、前記第2のピークに関連付けられるパルス振幅、または、前記第2のピークに関連付けられるパルス持続時間であり、
前記故障は、前記第3の特性が、所定の許容ウィンドウの外であるときに、発生したと判定される、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1のピークは、第1の正電圧により特徴付けられ、前記第2のピークは、同じパルスに関連付けられる第2の正電圧により特徴付けられ、前記第3の特性は、前記第1のピークと前記第2のピークとの間の時間であり、前記故障は、前記第1のピークと前記第2のピークとの間の前記時間が、パルス持続時間許容ウィンドウ外であるときに、発生したと判定される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第3の特性は、前記パルシング磁場の平均パルス持続時間を含み、前記故障は、前記平均パルス持続時間が、平均パルス持続時間許容ウィンドウ外であるときに、発生したと判定される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第3の特性は、前記パルシング磁場のパルス持続時間の総和を含み、前記故障は、前記パルス持続時間の総和が、パルス持続時間総和許容ウィンドウ外であるときに、発生したと判定される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第3の特性は、前記第1のピークと前記第2のピークとの間の電圧比を含み、前記故障は、前記電圧比が、減衰比許容ウィンドウ外であるときに、発生したと判定される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第3の特性は、前記第1のピークと前記第2のピークとの間の電圧差を含み、前記故障は、前記電圧差が、ピークピーク許容ウィンドウ外であるときに、発生したと判定される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の特性は、前記第1のピークの第1の電圧を含み、前記第2の特性は、前記第2のピークの第2の電圧を含み、前記第3の特性は、前記第1のピークおよび前記第2のピークの平均電圧振幅を指し示す平均振幅を含み、前記故障は、前記平均電圧振幅が、平均振幅許容ウィンドウ外であるときに、発生したと判定される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の特性は、前記第1のピークの電圧を含み、前記第3の特性は、前記パルシング磁場のパルスに関連付けられるピーク対RMS電圧比を含み、前記故障は、前記第1のピークの前記電圧と、前記ピーク対RMS電圧比との間の比が、ピーク対RMS電圧許容ウィンドウ外にあるときに、発生したと判定される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記磁気刺激療法の手順の設定を受信し、前記磁気刺激療法の手順の前記設定を前記第3の特性と比較して、前記故障が発生したかどうかを判定するようにさらに構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記故障が発生したときに表示するように構成されるインジケータをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサは、伝導コイル、前記パルシング磁場に基づくいくつかの巻き数を有するループ、ホールセンサ、磁気抵抗材料、ファラデー効果センサ、カー効果センサ、フラックスゲートセンサ、インダクタンス変化要素、神経組織応答測定デバイス、または伝導場内の電場センサのうちの少なくとも1つを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記磁気刺激療法の手順を一時停止すること、磁気刺激システムをシャットダウンすること、前記磁気刺激システムのユーザに警告すること、または前記磁気刺激構成要素に印加される電流を変更することのうちの少なくとも1つを実行するようにさらに構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記第1の特性、前記第2の特性、前記第3の特性、または前記故障のうちの少なくとも1つを記録するようにさらに構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記磁気刺激構成要素は、複数の治療コイルを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
