Abstract
【解決手段】実施形態に係る医用情報処理装置は、取得部と、抽出部と、分類部と、表示制御部とを備える。取得部は、クリニカルパスに沿って実施された診療行為に関するデータ及び前記クリニカルパスで発生したバリアンスに関するデータを取得する。抽出部は、前記診療行為に関するデータ及び前記バリアンスに関するデータに基づいて、当該バリアンスと相関のある関連要因を抽出する。分類部は、前記関連要因に対して、クリニカルパスを特徴付ける分類基準に含まれる要素を割り当てることで、前記関連要因を分類する。表示制御部は、前記分類基準ごとに、前記関連要因をディスプレイに表示する。

Description
図1は、第1の実施形態に係る医用情報処理装置の構成例を示す図である。
なお、上述した実施形態では、表示制御機能155が、操作者によって新たな分類基準が指定されるごとに、指定された分類基準に基づいて、分析結果画面160に表示されている集約結果を変更する場合の例を説明したが、実施形態はこれに限られない。
また、上述した実施形態では、表示制御機能155が、分析結果画面上に集約結果として関連要因を上下方向に並べて表示する場合の例を説明したが、表示対象となる関連要因が多い場合には、分析結果画面における初期表示範囲を超えてしまうこともあり得る。
また、上述した実施形態では、表示制御機能155が、単一の分類基準ごとに関連要因を表示する場合の例を説明したが、実施形態はこれに限られない。

Claims (7)
- クリニカルパスに沿って実施された診療行為に関するデータ及び前記クリニカルパスで発生したバリアンスに関するデータを取得する取得部と、
前記診療行為に関するデータ及び前記バリアンスに関するデータに基づいて、当該バリアンスと相関のある関連要因を抽出する抽出部と、
前記関連要因に対して、クリニカルパスを特徴付ける分類基準に含まれる要素を割り当てることで、前記関連要因を分類する分類部と、
前記分類基準ごとに、前記関連要因をディスプレイに表示する表示制御部と、
を備える、医用情報処理装置。 - 前記分類基準の要素ごとに前記関連要因を集約する集約部をさらに備え、
前記表示制御部は、前記分類基準ごとに、集約された関連要因を前記ディスプレイに表示する、
請求項1に記載の医用情報処理装置。 - 前記分類基準は、分析の目的、時間、診療コスト、関連要因の複雑性、オーダ種別、クリニカルパスのパス項目との関連のうちの少なくとも一つに基づいて定義される、
請求項1又は2に記載の医用情報処理装置。 - 前記表示制御部は、操作者によって指定された分析の条件に基づいて前記分類基準を絞り込み、絞り込まれた分類基準ごとに前記関連要因を表示する、
請求項1、2又は3に記載の医用情報処理装置。 - 前記表示制御部は、前記関連要因と前記バリアンスとの相関の強さを表す相関値、又は、当該相関値の分布に応じて、前記関連要因の表示順を決定する、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の医用情報処理装置。 - 前記集約部は、第1の分類基準ごとに前記関連要因を集約した後に、集約された関連要因を前記第1の分類基準の下位分類として定義された第2の分類基準ごとにさらに集約し、
前記表示制御部は、前記第1の分類基準について、前記第2の分類基準ごとに、集約された関連要因を表示する、
請求項2に記載の医用情報処理装置。 - クリニカルパスに沿って実施された診療行為に関するデータ及び前記クリニカルパスで発生したバリアンスに関するデータを取得し、
前記診療行為に関するデータ及び前記バリアンスに関するデータに基づいて、当該バリアンスと相関のある関連要因を抽出し、
前記関連要因に対して、クリニカルパスを特徴付ける分類基準に含まれる要素を割り当てることで、前記関連要因を分類し、
前記分類基準ごとに、前記関連要因をディスプレイに表示する
ことを含む、医用情報処理方法。
