Description
また、本発明の重合抑制システムは、前記制御装置が、前記重合禁止剤の投入量と前記オリゴマーの濃度との関係を示す情報を予め記憶しており、前記測定装置の測定結果と前記情報とを用いて前記重合禁止剤の投入量を制御する。
また、本発明の重合抑制システムは、前記制御装置が、複数の異なるプロセスパラメータの組み合わせ毎に前記情報を記憶しており、前記測定装置の測定結果、前記製造プロセスにおいて取得されるプロセスパラメータの組み合わせ、及び前記プロセスパラメータの組み合わせ毎の前記情報を用いて、前記オリゴマーの濃度が予め規定された濃度となるように前記重合禁止剤の投入量を制御する。
また、本発明の重合抑制システムは、前記制御装置が、前記重合禁止剤の投入量の制御に加えて、前記プロセスパラメータの制御を行う。
また、本発明の重合抑制システムは、前記測定装置が、オンラインガスクロマトグラフ及びフーリエ変換赤外分光分析装置の少なくとも1つ以上である。
本発明の重合抑制方法は、モノマーを主成分とする原料から所定の製品を製造する製造プロセスで、原料又は中間製品に含まれるオリゴマーの濃度を連続的に測定する第1ステップ(S22)と、重合禁止剤を投入する第2ステップ(S23)と、前記第1ステップの測定結果に基づいて前記第2ステップで投入される前記重合禁止剤の投入量を制御する第3ステップ(S23)と、を含む。
図3は、本発明の一実施形態による重合抑制システムの初期動作の一例を示すフローチャートである。初期動作が開始されると、まず不図示の入力装置から入力された指示に基づいて、プロセスパラメータ(温度、圧力、流量等)を設定する処理が制御装置13で行われる(ステップS11)。尚、この設定が行われると、制御装置13から精留塔20(或いは、精留塔20及びリボイラー30)に対して制御信号S4が出力され、精留塔20で検出されるプロセスパラメータ(検出信号S3から取得されるプロセスパラメータ)が、設定されたプロセスパラメータとなるように、精留塔20等の操業条件が制御される。
図4は、本発明の一実施形態による重合抑制システムの最適化動作の概要を示すフローチャートである。最適化動作が開始されると、まず不図示の入力装置から入力された指示に基づいて、オクタジエン(オリゴマー)の目標濃度RV(図2参照)を設定する処理が制御装置13で行われる(ステップS21)。この目標濃度RVは、例えば過去の経験からファウリングFの発生を抑えることができるであろうと期待される濃度が設定される。

Claims (6)
- モノマーを主成分とする原料から所定の製品を製造する製造プロセスで、原料又は中間製品に含まれるオリゴマーの濃度を連続的に測定する測定装置と、
重合禁止剤を投入する投入装置と、
前記測定装置の測定結果に基づいて前記投入装置によって投入される前記重合禁止剤の投入量を制御する制御装置と、
を備える重合抑制システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記重合禁止剤の投入量と前記オリゴマーの濃度との関係を示す情報を予め記憶しており、前記測定装置の測定結果と前記情報とを用いて前記重合禁止剤の投入量を制御する、請求項1記載の重合抑制システム。
- 前記制御装置は、複数の異なるプロセスパラメータの組み合わせ毎に前記情報を記憶しており、前記測定装置の測定結果、前記製造プロセスにおいて取得されるプロセスパラメータの組み合わせ、及び前記プロセスパラメータの組み合わせ毎の前記情報を用いて、前記オリゴマーの濃度が予め規定された濃度となるように前記重合禁止剤の投入量を制御する、
請求項2記載の重合抑制システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記重合禁止剤の投入量の制御に加えて、前記プロセスパラメータの制御を行う、請求項3記載の重合抑制システム。
- 前記測定装置は、オンラインガスクロマトグラフ及びフーリエ変換赤外分光分析装置の少なくとも1つ以上である、請求項1記載の重合抑制システム。
