Abstract
【解決手段】回転駆動装置1は、クレーンアームに取付けるための舌片状の第2の取付手段6と、シャフト支持部18と、前記シャフト支持部18に配置された回転可能なシャフト4と、前記シャフト4を駆動するために作動油を供給可能な羽根7とを有している。前記シャフト支持部18内には、第1の切欠9が設けられ、ロータリエンコーダ8がほぼ完全に前記第1の切欠9内に配置される。

Claims (15)
- 荷役手段(2)をクレーンアーム(3)に対して相対的に回転させる液圧式の回転駆動装置(1)であって、
シャフト(4)であって、該シャフト(4)を前記荷役手段(2)または前記クレーンアーム(3)に結合する第1の取付手段(5)を有する、シャフト(4)と、
シャフト支持部(18)であって、該シャフト支持部(18)を前記クレーンアーム(3)または前記荷役手段(2)に結合する第2の取付手段(6)を有する、シャフト支持部(18)と、
前記シャフト(4)内に配置された、油の供給部および排出部を介して前記シャフト(4)にトルクを伝達するために油の供給が可能な羽根(7)と、
を備える、液圧式の回転駆動装置(1)において、
当該回転駆動装置(1)は、前記シャフト支持部(18)に対する前記シャフト(4)の相対的な回転位置を検出するロータリエンコーダ(8)を有しており、前記シャフト(4)および/または前記シャフト支持部(18)内には、少なくとも1つの切欠(9)が設けられており、該切欠(9)内には、前記ロータリエンコーダ(8)が少なくとも部分的に収容されていることを特徴とする、液圧式の回転駆動装置(1)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの切欠(9)は、前記シャフト(4)および/または前記シャフト支持部(18)内でセンタリングして形成されている、請求項1記載の回転駆動装置。
- 当該回転駆動装置は、電流供給部(12)および電流導出部(13)に電気的に接触接続されている摺接装置(11)を有している、請求項1または2記載の回転駆動装置。
- 前記ロータリエンコーダ(8)および前記摺接装置(11)は、1つの共通の構造ユニットとして構成されている、請求項3記載の回転駆動装置。
- 前記シャフト(4)内には、第1の切欠(9)が設けられ、前記シャフト支持部(18)内には、第2の切欠(10)が設けられており、前記ロータリエンコーダは、前記第2の切欠(10)内に少なくとも部分的に配置され、前記摺接装置(11)は、前記第1の切欠(9)内に少なくとも部分的に配置されているか、またはその逆の形に配置されている、請求項2を引用する請求項3記載の回転駆動装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの切欠(9)は、前記シャフト(4)の、前記クレーンアーム(3)寄りの端部に、または前記クレーンアーム(3)とは反対側の端部に配置されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の回転駆動装置。
- 前記ロータリエンコーダ(8)および/または前記摺接装置(11)は、ほぼ完全に前記少なくとも1つの切欠(9,10)内に収容されている、請求項2から6のいずれか1項記載の回転駆動装置。
- 前記ロータリエンコーダ(8)によって検出された回転位置の検出装置(14)への伝送は、有線または無線で行われる、請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の回転駆動装置。
- 前記摺接装置(11)への前記電流供給部(12)は、前記シャフト(4)内では略軸方向に、かつ/または前記シャフト支持部(18)内では略半径方向に延在するか、またはその逆の形で延在する、請求項3から8のいずれか1項記載の回転駆動装置。
- 前記摺接装置(11)への前記電流供給部(12)は、前記ロータリエンコーダ(8)内では略軸方向または略半径方向に延在している、請求項9に記載の回転駆動装置。
- 前記シャフト(4)は、当該回転駆動装置(1)の、前記荷役手段(2)寄りの端部(15)で、前記シャフト支持部(18)を越えて突出している、請求項1から10のいずれか1項記載の回転駆動装置。
- 前記シャフト(4)は、ロータとして形成され、前記シャフト支持部(18)は、ステータとして形成されている、請求項1から11のいずれか1項記載の回転駆動装置。
- 前記ロータリエンコーダ(8)の少なくとも一部が、前記シャフト支持部(18)に取り付けられ、前記ロータリエンコーダ(8)の少なくとも一部が、前記シャフト(4)に取り付けられている、請求項1から12のいずれか1項記載の回転駆動装置。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか1項記載の、荷役手段(2)をクレーンアーム(3)に対して相対的に回転させる液圧式の回転駆動装置(1)を有するクレーン(16)において、前記クレーンアーム(3)は、前記液圧式の回転駆動装置(1)の第2の取付手段(6)に結合されている、クレーン(16)。
- 請求項14に記載のクレーン(16)を有するハーベスタ(17)。
