Claims (10)
- 印刷システムであって、
2次元アレイ内に配列される複数の印刷ヘッドであって、各印刷ヘッドがマーキング材料を吐出するよう構成される、複数の印刷ヘッドと、
印刷ヘッドの2次元アレイにより形成される平面と平行に配置される支持部材と、
前記支持部材に移動可能に取り付けられた部材と、
アクチュエータであって、前記移動可能に取り付けられた部材に動作可能に接続して、前記アクチュエータが前記移動可能に取り付けられた部材を前記支持部材に沿って動かせるようにする、アクチュエータと、
前記移動可能に取り付けられた部材に取り付けて、前記移動可能に取り付けられた部材が前記支持部材に沿って移動するとき、前記物体ホルダが前記印刷ヘッドのアレイを通過できるよう構成される物体ホルダと、
前記複数の印刷ヘッドと前記アクチュエータに動作可能に接続する制御装置であって、前記アクチュエータを操作して、前記印刷ヘッドのアレイを通過させて前記物体ホルダを動かし、前記複数の印刷ヘッドを操作して、前記物体ホルダが前記印刷ヘッドのアレイを通過するとき、前記物体ホルダに保持される物体にマーキング材料を吐出するよう構成される制御装置と、を含み、
前記物体ホルダが、前記フレームの一方の端から前記フレームの反対側の端に延在するよう適用されるワイヤのアレイが取り付けられたフレームを含む、印刷システム。 - フレームから離れて配置されるバックプレートを含む請求項1に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記バックプレートが、その中に一連の開口を含む、請求項2に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記保持される物体の形状によって、前記バックプレート内の前記開口に挿入されるよう適用される複数の位置決めピンを前記物体ホルダが含む、請求項3に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記ワイヤが、その外側の端にビードを含み、前記フレーム内に配置される滑車で支持される、請求項4に記載の印刷システム。
- 印刷するための3次元の物体を保持する装置を含むプリンタであって、
それぞれがマーキング材料を吐出するよう構成される印刷ヘッドのアレイと、
前記印刷ヘッドのアレイにより形成される平面と平行に配置される支持部材と、
前記支持部材に移動可能に取り付けられて、物体ホルダが前記支持部材に沿って移動するとき、前記物体ホルダが前記印刷ヘッドのアレイを通過できるよう構成される物体ホルダであって、前記ホルダの一方の端から前記ホルダの反対側の端に引っ張られるよう適用されるワイヤのアレイを含む物体ホルダと、を含むプリンタ。 - 前記ホルダがバックプレートを含み、前記ワイヤのアレイのうちの選択されたワイヤで印刷される物体が前記バックプレートに対して保持される、請求項6に記載のプリンタ。
- 複数の位置決めピンにより、前記印刷される物体が、前記バックプレートと並べられる、請求項7に記載のプリンタ。
- 前記バックプレートが、一連の開口を含み、前記複数の位置決めピンが、前記一連の開口のうちの選択される開口に挿入されるよう適用される、請求項8に記載のプリンタ。
- 前記ワイヤのアレイの端がビードを含む、請求項9に記載のプリンタ。
