Claims (8)
- 脈管内に留置される医療器具であって、
前記脈管内で前記脈管の周壁を刺通し、前記脈管の内外を連通する中空針部と、
前記脈管内で前記中空針部よりも前記脈管の延在方向の下流側に配置され、前記脈管内で体液と触れることで前記脈管を塞栓する塞栓部と、を備える医療器具。 - 前記脈管内で、前記中空針部が前記周壁を刺通しない状態から刺通する状態へと移動又は変形させる付勢部を備える、請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記付勢部は、前記脈管内で前記脈管の径方向外側に拡張可能な拡張部を備え、
前記中空針部は、前記拡張部の拡張に追従して移動して前記周壁を刺通する、請求項2に記載の医療器具。 - 前記中空針部は、前記脈管内に留置された状態で、前記脈管の周方向において複数設けられている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の医療器具。
- 前記中空針部は、前記脈管内に留置された状態で、前記脈管の延在方向において複数設けられている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の医療器具。
- 前記塞栓部は、前記脈管内で体液と触れて膨潤する、又は、前記脈管内で体液を凝固させる作用を持つ、血栓生成物質を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の医療器具。
- 前記塞栓部は、前記血栓生成物質を保持し、前記脈管内で前記脈管の径方向に拡張する拡張体を備える、請求項6に記載の医療器具。
- 前記拡張体は網状部材である、請求項7に記載の医療器具。
