Claims (16)
- 標的部位を蛍光色素により標識した複数の細胞を含む試料に光を照射する光源と、
前記光が照射されることにより蛍光を発する前記細胞の蛍光画像を細胞ごとに撮像する撮像部と、
前記撮像部により撮像された前記蛍光画像を画像処理する処理部と、
前記処理部により画像処理された前記蛍光画像を表示する表示部と、を備え、
前記処理部は、
前記標的部位を含む蛍光画像における複数の輝点を、細胞ごとに抽出する抽出処理と、
抽出した前記複数の輝点について、各輝点の画素値に応じてそれぞれの輝点の画素値を変更する変更処理と、
画素値が変更された前記蛍光画像を前記表示部に表示する表示処理と、を実行する、蛍光画像分析装置。 - 前記撮像部は、第1蛍光標識で標識された標的部位を含む第1蛍光画像と、第2蛍光標識で標識された標的部位を含む第2蛍光画像とを撮像し、
前記処理部は、
前記抽出処理において、前記第1蛍光画像における複数の輝点及び第2蛍光画像における複数の輝点を、細胞ごとに抽出し、
前記変更処理において、前記第1蛍光画像及び前記第2蛍光画像のそれぞれから抽出した前記複数の輝点について、各輝点の画素値に応じてそれぞれの輝点の画素値を変更し、
画素値が変更された前記第1蛍光画像及び前記第2蛍光画像を合成する画像合成処理をさらに実行する、請求項1に記載の蛍光画像分析装置。 - 前記第1蛍光画像の標的部位がBCR遺伝子座であり、前記第2蛍光画像の標的部位がABL遺伝子座である、請求項2に記載の蛍光画像分析装置。
- 前記第1蛍光画像及び前記第2蛍光画像の一方の蛍光画像から抽出した輝点の画素値に基づいて、他方の蛍光画像から抽出した輝点の画素値を調整する調整処理をさらに実行する、請求項2または3に記載の蛍光画像分析装置。
- 前記処理部は、
前記変更処理において、前記蛍光画像から抽出した画素値が異なる複数の輝点について、それぞれ異なる変更率で輝点の画素値を変更する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の蛍光画像分析装置。 - 前記処理部は、

前記抽出処理において、前記核を含む前記蛍光画像における核領域を、細胞ごとにさらに抽出する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の蛍光画像分析装置。 - 前記処理部は、前記核を含む蛍光画像と前記標的部位を含む蛍光画像とを合成する画像合成処理をさらに実行する、請求項11に記載の蛍光画像分析装置。
- 試料が流れるフローセルをさらに備え、
前記光源は、前記フローセルを流れる試料に光を照射する、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の蛍光画像分析装置。 - 入力部をさらに備え、
前記処理部は、前記撮像部により撮像された前記蛍光画像について、画像処理後の蛍光画像及び画像処理前の蛍光画像のうち、前記入力部により選択された蛍光画像を前記表示部に表示する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の蛍光画像分析装置。 - 細胞内の標的部位を蛍光色素により標識するための前処理が施された複数の細胞を含む試料を測定して取得される細胞の蛍光画像を処理する蛍光画像の画像処理方法において、
標的部位を含む前記蛍光画像における複数の輝点を、細胞ごとに抽出する工程と、
抽出した前記複数の輝点について、各輝点の画素値に応じてそれぞれの輝点の画素値を変更する工程と、を含む、画像処理方法。 - 細胞内の標的部位を蛍光色素により標識するための前処理が施された複数の細胞を含む試料を測定して取得される細胞の蛍光画像の画像処理を、コンピュータに実行させるためのコンピュータプログラムであって、
前記画像処理は、
標的部位を含む前記蛍光画像における複数の輝点を、細胞ごとに抽出する抽出処理と、
抽出した前記複数の輝点について、各輝点の画素値に応じてそれぞれの輝点の画素値を変更する変更処理と、を含む、コンピュータプログラム。
