Claims (2)
- 排気系の排気ガスが曲折して流れる流れ変更部に設置され且つ該流れ変更部の上流側から吹き付けられた添加剤の噴霧を衝突させて受熱により気化を促すリアクタであって、排気ガスの前記流れ変更部に対する流入方向と流出方向とが成す角度を略二等分する方向へ並ぶように配列されて排気ガスの流れに沿う取り付け姿勢を成す複数枚の整流羽根と、該各整流羽根を支持して前記流れ変更部内に収容される支持体とを備え、前記各整流羽根が前記支持体により前記流れ変更部の流路壁から離間して支持されていることを特徴とするリアクタ。
- 各整流羽根の両端部を夫々支持する一対の対向側壁と、該各対向側壁同士を前記各整流羽根の下流側で繋いで排気ガスの流入方向に対し遮蔽面を成す後背壁と、これら各対向側壁及び後背壁の下流側に一体的に連続し且つ流れ変更部の流出方向へ向け筒形を成して該流れ変更部の流路壁に内嵌装着される固定リングとにより支持体が構成され、前記各対向側壁及び前記後背壁と前記流れ変更部の流路壁との間に隔絶空間が確保されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリアクタ。
