Abstract
【解決手段】脱硝触媒と還元剤としてのアンモニアとを用いて燃焼ガスを脱硝処理するガスタービンにおいて、燃焼ガスの温度分布のうち平均値よりも高温となる燃焼ガスに曝されるタービン翼に、圧縮機から供給される冷却空気と共にアンモニアを供給し、タービン翼の温度を低下させる。

Description
本実施形態に係るガスタービンAは、図1に示すように圧縮機1、燃焼器2、タービン3、脱硝チャンバ4、タンク5、ポンプ6及び気化器7を備えている。このようなガスタービンAは、発電機Gの駆動源であり、燃料であるアンモニアを燃焼させることにより回転動力を発生させる。
このガスタービンAでは、ポンプ6が作動することによって液体アンモニアがタンク5から気化器7及びタービン3に供給される。気化器7では上記液体アンモニアが気化して気体アンモニア(燃料用アンモニア)が生成され、タービン3では液体アンモニアが圧縮機1から供給される冷却空気に混合される。そして、気化器7で発生した気体アンモニア(燃料用アンモニア)は、燃焼器2に供給される。
(1)上記実施形態では、予混合冷却空気を燃焼ガスの比較的高温な領域(高温領域H)に噴射したが、本発明はこれに限定されない。必要に応じて冷却空気と液体アンモニアとを燃焼ガスに向けて個別に噴射しても良い。
また、予混合冷却空気を用いても逆火のリスクが極めて小さい旨説明したが、必要に応じて逆火検出用のセンサ(温度計)をスクロール流路3b内に設けても良い。

Claims (8)
- 脱硝触媒と還元剤としてのアンモニアとを用いて燃焼ガスを脱硝処理するガスタービンにおいて、
前記燃焼ガスの温度分布のうち平均値よりも高温となる前記燃焼ガスに曝される前記タービン翼に、圧縮機から供給される冷却空気と共に前記アンモニアを供給し、前記タービン翼の温度を低下させることを特徴とするガスタービン。 - 前記タービン翼に供給される前記アンモニアは、前記タービン翼の冷却後に燃料として燃焼器に供給することを特徴とする請求項1記載のガスタービン。
- 前記タービン翼に供給される前記アンモニアは、前記タービン翼の冷却後に燃焼ガス流路内に噴射され、前記燃焼ガスと混合してからタービンから排出されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガスタービン。
- 前記アンモニアは、液体状態で供給されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のガスタービン。
- 前記アンモニアは、前記冷却空気と予め混合されて前記タービン翼に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のガスタービン。
- 前記アンモニアを少なくとも燃料の一部として燃焼させて、前記燃焼ガスを発生させることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のガスタービン。
- 前記タービン翼は、内部に前記アンモニアの流路を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のガスタービン。
- 前記タービン翼は、内部から外部に向けて前記アンモニアを排出する流路を持つことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のガスタービン。
