Claims (6)
- 第1強化繊維が層状に含まれる第1繊維強化樹脂層(14、16、19、20)を少なくとも1層と、前記第1強化繊維に比して破断伸びが小さな第2強化繊維が層状に含まれる第2繊維強化樹脂層(12、21)を少なくとも1層備える繊維強化樹脂製品(10)であって、
前記第2繊維強化樹脂層(12、21)は、前記第1繊維強化樹脂層(14、16、19、20)の外方に位置し、
さらに、前記第1繊維強化樹脂層(14、16、19、20)及び前記第2繊維強化樹脂層(12、21)が共有する単一個のマトリックス樹脂を備えることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製品(10)。 - 請求項1記載の製品(10)において、前記第1強化繊維が前記第2強化繊維に比して引張強度が小さく、且つ前記第1繊維強化樹脂層(14、16、19、20)が複数層積層され、
前記第2繊維強化樹脂層(12、21)は、積層された複数層の前記第1繊維強化樹脂層(14、16、19、20)の外方に位置することを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製品(10)。 - 請求項1又は2記載の製品(10)において、前記マトリックス樹脂の破断伸びが、前記第2強化繊維に比して大きいことを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製品(10)。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製品(10)において、前記マトリックス樹脂、前記第1強化繊維及び前記第2強化繊維に比して破断伸びが大きな樹脂からなり、且つ前記第2繊維強化樹脂層(12、21)の外方に配置された透明樹脂層(24)を有することを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製品(10)。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の製品(10)において、前記第1強化繊維及び前記第2強化繊維に比して前記マトリックス樹脂に対する接合力が低く且つ可撓性が大きな可撓性繊維が層状に含まれる可撓性繊維樹脂層(18)が、前記第1繊維強化樹脂層(14、16、19、20)と前記第2繊維強化樹脂層(12、21)との間、又は、前記第1繊維強化樹脂層(14、16、19、20)同士の間に介在することを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製品(10)。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の製品(10)において、前記第1繊維強化樹脂層(14、16、19、20)の内方に、前記第1繊維強化樹脂層(14、16、20)及び前記第2繊維強化樹脂層(12、21)に比して可撓性が小さな樹脂からなる荷重検出用モニタ部材(26)が当接していることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂製品(10)。
