・前記複合物中の前記編物形状の繊維システムは、複合型枠の外側機能層を形成する、製造方法。 - ・熱可塑性プラスチックを、とりわけ押出機からストランドとして提供し、
・フレキシブルな編物形状の繊維システムを、チューブ状の編物形状の繊維システムとして提供し、
・熱可塑性プラスチックを柔らかいストランドとして、とりわけ押出機から、編物形状の繊維システムのチューブに導入することにより、とりわけ押し出すことにより、前記熱可塑性プラスチックを形状付与コア材料として、繊維複合半製品のフレキシブルな編物形状の繊維システム内に分散させ、そして
・前記柔らかいストランドの硬化の下で、編物形状の繊維システムとの複合物を複合型枠の外側機能層として形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記熱可塑性プラスチックは、繊維複合半製品のフレキシブルな編物形状の繊維システム内に分散され、該フレキシブルな編物形状の繊維システムと材料結合的に結合される、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性プラスチックは、繊維複合半製品のフレキシブルな編物形状の繊維システム内に分散され、該フレキシブルな編物形状の繊維システムと形状結合的に結合される、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 付加的な繊維を、編物形状の繊維システムおよび/または熱可塑性プラスチックに、とりわけ前記繊維角に依存しないで導入し、複合型枠の強度を、付加的な繊維を備えない複合型枠よりも高める、ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- とりわけ風力発電装置用の、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法によりとりわけ製造される、熱可塑性プラスチックと繊維複合半製品とを有する複合型枠であって、
・前記繊維複合半製品は、フレキシブルな編物形状の繊維システムを有しており、
・前記熱可塑性プラスチックは形状付与コア材料として、前記繊維複合半製品のフレキシブルな編物形状の繊維システム内に分散されており、該編物形状の繊維システムと結合されており、ここで
・前記編物形状の繊維システムは、形状付与コア材料との複合物中に、交差して互いに配向された繊維を有しており、
・当該繊維は、交差点において10゜から90°の間、とりわけ30゜から60゜の間の繊維角を有し、好ましくは前記繊維は、±5゜の変動範囲を有する45°の繊維角で互いに配向されており、
・前記複合物中の前記編物形状の繊維システムは、複合型枠の外側機能層を形成している、ことを特徴とする複合型枠。 - 前記編物形状の繊維システムは、編物工作物、ニット、ワープニット、織物から成る群から選択された繊維システムである、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の複合型枠。
- 前記熱可塑性プラスチックはストランドとして存在し、前記フレキシブルな編物形状の繊維システムはチューブ状の編物形状の繊維システムとして存在し、とりわけ前記編物形状の繊維システムは、2次元に配向された編物構造を備えるチューブの形状を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の複合型枠。
- 前記編物形状の繊維システムは、3次元の編物構造を備えるチューブの形状を有し、付加的な繊維が複合物の内部で、15゜から90°の間、とりわけ30゜から60゜の間の繊維角で機能的に互いに配向されており、好ましくは±5゜の変動範囲を有する45°の繊維角で互いに配向されている、ことを特徴とする請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の複合型枠。
- 前記熱可塑性プラスチックは、内部で機能的に配向された付加的な繊維によって補強されている、ことを特徴とする請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載の複合型枠。
- 前記フレキシブルな編物形状の繊維システム内に分散された熱可塑性プラスチックは、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチロール、ポリアミド、ポリアセテート、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレン、ポロプロピレン、ポリスチロール、ポリエーテルエーテルケトンおよびポリ塩化ビニルの群の少なくとも1つの構成成分を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載の複合型枠。
- 前記フレキシブルな編物形状の繊維システムは、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、アラミド繊維、天然繊維、金属糸、モノフィラメントおよび熱可塑性糸を含む編物コンポーネントの群から選択された編物コンポーネントを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項6から11のいずれか一項に記載の複合型枠。
- コアコンポーネントを形成するために請求項6から12のいずれか一項に記載の複合型枠を複数使用した、とりわけ風力発電装置用のサンドイッチコンポーネントであって、
前記コアコンポーネントは、少なくとも1つの被覆層により少なくとも片側が覆われている、ことを特徴とするサンドイッチコンポーネント。 - コアコンポーネントを形成するために請求項6から12のいずれか一項に記載の複合型枠を複数使用した、とりわけ風力発電装置用のロータブレードのためのロータブレードエレメントであって、
前記コアコンポーネントは、少なくとも1つのロータブレード被覆層によって取り囲まれており、とりわけロータブレードエレメントは、請求項13に記載のサンドイッチコンポーネントを有する、ことを特徴とするロータブレードエレメント。 - タワー、ナセル、およびロータハブと複数のロータブレードを備えるロータを有する風力発電装置であって、
前記ロータブレードは請求項14に記載のロータブレードエレメントを少なくとも1つ有し、および/またはタワー、ナセルおよび/またはロータハブは、請求項13に記載のサンドイッチコンポーネントを有する、風力発電装置。
