Description
Claims (8)
- ジェットのアレイを有するノズルプレートを含むジェットスタックを有する印刷システム用のプロセッサにおいてネイティブ画像データを受信することと、
順序付けられた画像データを生成するために前記ジェットのアレイ内の各ジェットについての画素によって前記ネイティブ画像データをフォーマットすることと、
各ジェットに必要とされる任意の予備噴射シーケンスのタイミング及び周波数を決定するために前記順序付けられた画像データを走査することと、
変更された画像データを生成するために、予備噴射シーケンスを必要とするジェットについての前記順序付けられた画像データの一部を予備噴射パルスの数及びパターンが続く所定のトリガシーケンスによって置き換えることと、
前記変更された画像データを送信することと
を備える方法。 - 前記所定のトリガシーケンスの任意のインスタンスを決定するために前記ネイティブ画像データを走査することをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記置き換えの前に前記所定のトリガシーケンスのインスタンスを変更することをさらに備える、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記置き換えの前に前記所定のトリガシーケンスのインスタンスを変更することが、
前記シーケンスにおける1ビットを1位置だけ移動させることを備える、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記画像データの一部を置き換えることが、32ビットデータワード境界において開始する前記画像データの一部を置き換えることを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記所定のトリガシーケンスが、0000 0000 0000 0011 1010 1100 0111 1111を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記画像データの一部を置き換えることが、前記所定のトリガシーケンスにおける任意の1ビットに応答して前記ジェットを噴射することを回避するために、前記所定のトリガシーケンスを空白にすることを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記所定のトリガシーケンス及び前記予備噴射パルスを受信する任意のジェットを通常動作に戻すために一連の130ビットを含めることをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
