- ペロブスカイト材料を含む光吸収層と、
前記光吸収層の周辺に設置された立体障害層と、
を含み、前記立体障害層が、二次元材料を含むペロブスカイト複合構造。 - 前記ペロブスカイト材料が、下記の式(1)の構造を有し、
ABX3 …(1)
式中、Aが、アンモニア、メチルアミン、メタンイミドアミド、アミノメタンアミジン、ホルムアミジン、エチレンジアミン、ジメチルアミン、イミダゾール、アセトアミジン、プロピルアミン、イソプロピルアミン、トリメチレンジアミン、エチルアミン、ブチルアミン、イソブチルアミン、tert−ブチルアミン、ジエチルアミン、5−アミノ吉草酸、チオフェンメチルアミン、ヘキシルアミン、アニリン、ベンジルアミン、フェニルエチルアミン、オクチルアミン、デシルアミン、ドデシルアミン、テトラデシルアミン、ヘキサデシルアミン、オレイルアミン、オクタデシルアミン、エイコシルアミン、Li、Na、K、Rb、Cs、またはCuであり; Bが、Cd、Co、Cr、Cu、Fe、Ge、Pb、またはSnであり;Xが、Cl、Br、I、シアン化物、シアン酸塩、チオシアン酸塩、セレノシアナート、またはテルロシアナートである請求項1に記載のペロブスカイト複合構造。 - 前記二次元材料が、硫化ビスマス、黒リン、六方晶窒化ホウ素、グラフェン、グラフェン酸化物、還元型グラフェン酸化物、セレン化インジウム、二硫化鉛錫、フォスフォレン、硫化ヒ素、硫化アンチモンヒ素;テルル化ビスマスタリウム、硫化銅、セレン化ガリウム、セレン化テルル化ガリウム、硫化ガリウム、硫化セレン化ガリウム、テルル化ガリウム、セレン化ゲルマニウム、硫化ゲルマニウ、セレン化インジウム、テルル化インジウム、セレン化タリウム、セレン化錫、二硫化タリウムガリウム、二セレン化タリウムガリウム、二硫化タリウムインジウム等のモノカルコゲン化物;二セレン化ハフニウム、二硫化ハフニウム、二セレン化モリブデン、二硫化モリブデン、硫化セレン化モリブデン、二セレン化モリブデンタングステン、二硫化モリブデンタングステン、二硫化タングステン、二セレン化タングステン、二セレン化レニウム、二硫化タンタル、二セレン化錫、二硫化錫、二硫化レニウムモリブデン、二セレン化レニウムニオブ、二硫化レニウムニオブ、二テルル化タングステン、硫化セレン化タングステン、二セレン化ジルコニウム、二硫化ジルコニウム、二テルル化ジルコニウム等のジカルコゲナイド;三硫化チタン等のトリカルコゲナイド;二ヨウ化カドミウム、二ヨウ化鉛等のヨウ化物、またはその組み合わせを含む請求項1または2に記載のペロブスカイト複合構造。
- 前記光吸収層が、さらに、前記二次元材料を含む請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のペロブスカイト複合構造。
- 前記光吸収層における前記二次元材料の長さが、0.2μm〜20μmである請求項4に記載のペロブスカイト複合構造。
- 前記立体障害層が、さらに、有機アミンを含む請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のペロブスカイト複合構造。
- 前記有機アミンが、アンモニア、メチルアミン、メタンイミドアミド、アミノメタンアミジン、ホルムアミジン、エチレンジアミン、ジメチルアミン、イミダゾール、アセトアミジン、プロピルアミン、イソプロピルアミン、トリメチレンジアミン、エチルアミン、ブチルアミン、イソブチルアミン、tert−ブチルアミン、ジエチルアミン、5−アミノ吉草酸、チオフェンメチルアミン、ヘキシルアミン、アニリン、ベンジルアミン、フェニルエチルアミン、オクチルアミン、デシルアミン、ドデシルアミン、テトラデシルアミン、ヘキサデシルアミン、オレイルアミン、オクタデシルアミン、エイコシルアミン、またはその組み合わせを含む請求項6に記載のペロブスカイト複合構造。
- 前記立体障害層における前記二次元材料の長さが、0.2μm〜20μmである請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のペロブスカイト複合構造。
