Abstract
【解決手段】1つの形態では、システムは、コンタクトレンズ及びコンタクトレンズの外部にある分析用要素を含むことができる。コンタクトレンズは、基質と基質上又は基質内に置かれた回路とを含むことができる。回路は、コンタクトレンズの着用者と関連付けたそれぞれの特徴を検出するよう構成された複数のセンサと、検出された特徴を示す情報を伝達するよう構成された通信用要素とを含むことができる。分析用要素は、検出された特徴を示す情報を受信し、少なくとも検出された特徴を示す情報に基づく統計情報を生成するよう構成することができる。

Description
図8は、本開示で記載した1以上の形態に関する、例示的なネットワーク・コンピュータ環境又は分散型コンピュータ環境の概念図を示す。この分散型コンピュータ環境では、アプリケーション830、832、834、836、838により表現される、プログラム、方法、データ記憶装置、プログラマブル・ロジック、その他を含むことができる計算機810、812、等、及び、装置820、822、824、826、828、等を含む。当然のことながら、計算機810、812、等、及び、装置820、822、824、826、828、等は、コンタクトレンズ(及びその構成要素)、携帯情報端末(PDA)、オーディオ/ビデオ装置、携帯電話、MPEG−1オーディオ(MP3)プレイヤー、パーソナルコンピュータ、ラップトップ、タブレット、等のような、別の装置を含むことができる。
説明したように、本開示により記載した技術は適切などのような装置とも有利に関連付けすることができる。種々の形態において、データ記憶装置は、コンタクトレンズに伝送され又はコンタクトレンズから伝送された情報を記憶するためのどのような記憶装置であってもよい。
Claims (22)
- コンピュータで実行可能な要素を保存するよう構成したメモリと、
前記メモリ内に保存した、コンピュータで実行可能な下記要素を実行するよう構成したプロセッサと、
コンタクトレンズから、前記コンタクトレンズで検出した特徴を示す情報を受信するよう構成された通信用要素であって、前記コンタクトレンズで検出した特徴は、前記コンタクトレンズの着用者についての特徴であることを特徴とする通信用要素と、
少なくとも、前記コンタクトレンズで検出した特徴を示す情報に基づいて、統計情報を生成するよう構成された統計的分析用要素と、
を具備する分析用要素。 - 前記統計情報は、少なくとも回帰分析に基づくことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分析用要素。
- 前記通信用要素は、さらに、前記コンタクトレンズの着用者の全般的な健康状態を示す情報を受信するよう構成され、前記統計的分析用要素は、さらに、前記コンタクトレンズで検出した特徴を示す前記情報及び前記コンタクトレンズの着用者の全般的な健康状態を示す前記情報のうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて、将来の健康状態の予測又は提言のうちの少なくとも1つを行うよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分析用要素。
- 前記統計情報は、ある期間にわたる1以上の検出した特徴の変化、又は、1以上の検出した特徴の絶対量のうちの少なくとも1つを示す情報を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分析用要素。
- 前記検出した特徴のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記コンタクトレンズの着用者の体内の分析物の水素イオン指数(PH)レベル、温度レベル、又は濃度を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分析用要素。
- 基質と
回路であって、
前記コンタクトレンズの着用者に関するそれぞれの特徴を検出するよう構成された複数のセンサであって、前記複数のセンサは、前記コンタクトレンズの外部にあるポータブル高周波(RF)装置により電源供給されるよう構成されていることを特徴とするセンサと、
検出した特徴を示す情報、又は、検出した特徴を示す前記情報に基づく提言のうちの少なくとも1つを、前記RF装置に伝送するよう構成された通信用要素と、
を具備することを特徴とする回路と、
を具備するコンタクトレンズ。 - 前記提言は、前記コンタクトレンズの着用者に食品選択の余地又は健康管理を提供するためのサービスを示す情報を具備する、前記提言は、少なくとも、検出した特徴を示す前記情報に基づくことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の分析用要素。
- 前記コンタクトレンズは、さらに、
検出した特徴を示す前記情報の、少なくとも、検出した特徴に基づいて統計情報を生成するよう構成された分析用要素への伝送と、
前記分析用要素からの前記統計情報の受信であって、前記統計情報は前記提言と結び付けられた情報を具備することを特徴とする、受信と、 を行うよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のコンタクトレンズ。 - コンタクトレンズ上の複数のセンサにて、前記コンタクトレンズの外部にある装置から電源供給を受けるステップと、
前記複数のセンサを介して、前記コンタクトレンズの着用者に関するそれぞれの複数の特徴を検出するステップと
前記コンタクトレンズから、検出した特徴を示す情報を統計的に分析するよう構成された分析用要素に、検出した特徴を示す情報を伝送するステップと
を具備する方法。 - 前記電源供給を受けるステップは、所定の時間間隔で行われ、前記検出するステップは、前記電源供給を受けている所定の時間間隔で行われることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の特徴は、コレステロール濃度、グルコース濃度、温度レベル、又は、水素イオン指数(PH)レベルのうちの少なくとも1つを具備することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記装置から電源供給を受けるステップは、スマートフォン、タブレット・コンピュータ、ラップトップ、ヘッドマウント・ディスプレイ装置、高周波(RF)リーダからなるグループから選択される少なくとも1つの装置から電源供給を受けるステップを具備することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 統計的分析は、回帰分析を行うこと、又は、前記コンタクトレンズの着用者の健康状態に関する予測又は推定に関連した情報の生成することのうちの少なくとも1つを具備することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- コンタクトレンズであって、
基質と、
前記基質上又は前記基質内に配置された回路であって、
前記コンタクトレンズの着用者に関するそれぞれの特徴を検出するよう構成された複数のセンサと、
検出された特徴を示す情報を伝達するよう構成された通信用要素と、
を具備することを特徴とする回路と、
を具備することを特徴とするコンタクトレンズと、
前記コンタクトレンズの外部にある分析用要素であって、
前記検出された特徴を示す情報を受け取り、
少なくとも前記検出された特徴を示す情報に基づき統計情報を生成するよう構成されていることを特徴とする分析用要素と、
を具備するシステム。 - 前記コンタクトレンズの外部にあり、所定の時間間隔で前記複数のセンサに電源供給するよう構成された装置をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記装置は、前記コンタクトレンズの着用者と関連付けられた、ヘッドマウント・ディスプレイ装置、スマートフォン、又は、ラップトップのうちの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のセンサは、さらに、前記装置から前記複数のセンサが電源供給を受けている所定の時間間隔で、前記それぞれの特徴を検出するよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記装置は、さらに、前記コンタクトレンズの着用者から入力された全般的な健康状態についての情報を受信するよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記分析用要素は、さらに、少なくとも、前記コンタクトレンズの着用者により入力された全般的な健康状態についての情報に基づき、統計的分析を行うよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記統計情報は、少なくとも、検出された特徴を示す情報の回帰分析、及び、前記コンタクトレンズの着用者により入力された全般的な健康状態についての情報に基づき生成された情報を具備することを特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記分析用要素は、さらに、栄養学的食品摂取の提言を示す情報を生成するよう構成され、前記栄養学的食品摂取の提言は、少なくとも、統計情報に基づくことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記分析用要素は、さらに、前記コンタクトレンズの着用者の健康状態に関する予測を示す情報を生成するよう構成され、前記予測は、少なくとも、前記統計情報に基づくことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のシステム。
