Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 三次元的な物体を付加的に製造するため装置のための、付加的に製造された三次元的な物体を操作するために設置された操作装置(1)であって、1つ又は複数の操作チャンバ壁部(3)によって画成された操作チャンバ内室(4)を含む操作チャンバ(2)を含み、少なくとも1つの操作チャンバ壁部(3)が、特にユーザのための、前記操作チャンバ内室(4)へのアクセス可能性をもたらすアクセス開口部(5)を含んでいる、前記操作装置において、
少なくとも1つの前記アクセス開口部(5)は、該アクセス開口部に割り当てられたスライドドア式の閉鎖要素を介して開放可能及び閉鎖可能であり、前記スライドドア式の閉鎖要素(6)が少なくとも1つの前記アクセス開口部(5)を解放する開放位置と前記アクセス開口部(5)を解放しない閉鎖位置との間で垂直方向にスライド移動可能に、前記アクセス開口部(5)を包囲する前記操作チャンバ壁部(3)に対して相対的に支持されていることを特徴とする操作装置。 - 少なくとも1つの前記アクセス開口部(5)を包囲する操作チャンバ壁部(3)が、垂直な空間軸線に関して、特に1〜45°の角度範囲、好ましくは5〜15°の角度範囲で傾斜して延びるように配置又は形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の操作装置(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記アクセス開口部(5)を包囲する前記操作チャンバ壁部(3)が、前記操作チャンバ(2)の下側を形成する前記操作チャンバ壁部(3)が前記操作チャンバ(2)の上側を形成する前記操作チャンバ壁部(3)よりも面積に関して大きいように、垂直な区間軸線に関して傾斜して延びるように配置又は形成されており、前記操作チャンバ(2)の下側を形成する前記操作チャンバ壁部(3)が、少なくとも、前記操作チャンバ(2)の上側を形成する操作チャンバ壁部(3)を面積に関して上回る範囲で、特に前記スライドドア式の閉鎖要素(6)の開放位置において構造材料のための収集範囲(11)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の操作装置(1)。
- 前記スライドドア式の閉鎖要素(6)が特にフレーム型あるいはフレーム状の本体部(8)を含んでおり、該本体部では、前記操作チャンバ(2)の上側の第1の部分を形成する取付要素(12)が配置又は形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の操作装置(1)。
- 前記操作チャンバ(2)の上側の第2の部分を形成する前記操作チャンバ壁部(3)が、前記取付要素(12)の幾何学的−構造上の形状に適合した開口部(13)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の操作装置(1)。
- 前記取付要素(12)と、前記開口部(13)を備えた前記操作チャンバ壁部(3)とが、前記スライドドア式の閉鎖要素(6)の閉鎖位置において、共に前記操作チャンバ(2)の閉鎖された上側を形成していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の操作装置(1)。
- 前記スライドドア式の閉鎖要素(6)と前記アクセス開口部(5)を包囲する前記操作チャンバ壁部(3)との間に配置又は形成されたシール要素(14)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の操作装置(1)。
- 前記シール要素(14)が、充填媒体によって充填可能なシール要素内室を備えており、前記シール要素(14)が、充填媒体による前記シール要素内室の充填を介して、第1の空間体積を占める充填されていない状態から比較においてより大きな第2の空間体積を占める充填された状態へ移行可能であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の操作装置(1)。
- 前記シール要素(14)は、前記スライドドア式の閉鎖要素(6)の閉鎖位置において前記アクセス開口部(5)を包囲する前記操作チャンバ壁部(3)における前記アクセス開口部(5)を画成する部分の範囲のそばに、又はこの範囲内に配置されている前記スライドドア式の閉鎖要素(6)の各部分において配置又は形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の操作装置(1)。
- 閉鎖位置へ移動された前記スライドドア式の閉鎖要素(6)を検出するために設置されている検出装置と、該検出装置に割り当て可能であるか、又は割り当てられた、前記検出装置から供給される、閉鎖位置へ移動された前記スライドドア式の閉鎖要素(6)を示す閉鎖位置検出情報に依存して充填媒体で前記シール要素内室を充填するために設置されている充填装置とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の操作装置(1)。
- 開放位置と閉鎖位置の間の前記スライドドア式の閉鎖要素(6)のスライド移動式の支持のために設置されている、前記スライドドア式の閉鎖要素(6)に割り当てられた支持装置(7)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の操作装置(1)。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの操作装置(1)を含む、連続的で層ごとの選択的な露光と、これに伴う、エネルギービームを用いて凝固化可能な構造材料から成る構造材料層の連続的で層ごとの選択的な凝固化とによって三次元的な物体を付加的に製造するための装置。
