Claims (3)
- 長尺状管内の内壁から所定の大きさの空間が生じるように開口率65〜80%の管状メッシュを挿入するとともに、その空間内に、酸化チタンを被覆した吸着剤からなる酸化チタン被覆粒子を充填し、その中央に光源を備え、光源と管状メッシュとの間の空間をガス通路として使用し、光源からの紫外線を単位表面積当たりの光強度が1.0mW/cm2以上で酸化チタン被覆粒子表面へ照射し、また通路内を通過する空気の線流速を5 m/s以上とすることを特徴とする反応管及び空気浄化装置。
- 前記酸化チタン被覆粒子は、粒子径が短径2mm~5mmであり、その表面は厚み約1〜30μmの酸化チタン薄膜で被覆され、充填された粒子の総重量の80%以上を含んでいる請求項1に記載の反応管及び空気浄化装置。
- 前記粒子として、活性炭、シリカ、ゼオライト、モレキュラシーブ、活性アルミナ、ガラスビーズ、又はこれらを含んだ混合物からなる請求項1又は2に記載の反応管及び空気浄化装置。
