Claims (6)
- 燃料電池を収容する金属製のケーシングに対して前記燃料電池の金属製のセパレータを支持するセパレータ支持構造であって、
前記セパレータの外周部から外方に突出するように前記セパレータに設けられた金属製の凸部と、
前記ケーシングの内面から前記セパレータが位置する側に突出して前記凸部が挿入される凹部を形成する一組の突出部と、
少なくとも前記凹部内で前記凸部を覆う第1絶縁部と、
前記第1絶縁部から各前記突出部と前記セパレータとの間に延在した第2絶縁部と、を備える、
ことを特徴とするセパレータ支持構造。 - 請求項1記載のセパレータ支持構造において、
前記第1絶縁部は、前記凸部の突出端側を被覆し、
前記第2絶縁部は、前記凸部の基端側及び前記セパレータの縁部の一部を被覆している、
ことを特徴とするセパレータ支持構造。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のセパレータ支持構造において、
前記凸部は、前記セパレータに対して接合されている、
ことを特徴とするセパレータ支持構造。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のセパレータ支持構造において、
前記第2絶縁部のうち前記突出部の突出端に対向する面は、前記第1絶縁部から離間する方向に向かって前記セパレータが位置する側に傾斜した傾斜面である、
ことを特徴とするセパレータ支持構造。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のセパレータ支持構造において、
前記第1絶縁部は、前記凸部から各前記突出部に向かって突出した一組の膨出部を有し、
各前記膨出部の突出端部には、円弧状の湾曲凸面が形成されている、
ことを特徴とするセパレータ支持構造。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のセパレータ支持構造において、
前記第1絶縁部は前記凸部から各前記突出部に向かって突出した一組の膨出部を有し、
各前記膨出部の突出端部には、平坦面が形成されている、
ことを特徴とするセパレータ支持構造。
