Abstract
Description

Claims (13)
- 第1の孔を有する第1の構造と第2の孔を有する第2の構造とを締結するための方法であって、前記第1の孔および前記第2の孔が、同じ直径を有しており、
前記第1の孔と前記第2の孔とを位置合わせして前記第1の構造および前記第2の構造を一緒に配置するステップと、
前記第1の構造(18)の前記第1の孔(19)の縁部(21)が締結具(2)のテーパ状導入セクション(14)に接触して、これを取り囲むまで、前記締結具(2)の前記噛合部分(8)を前記第1の孔に挿入するステップであって、前記テーパ状導入セクションが、噛合部分(8)に向かって徐々にテーパ状であり、20度以下のテーパ角度を有しており、前記締結具(2)が、頭部(4)と、前記頭部(4)と前記テーパ状導入セクション(14)とを接続する円柱形のシャンク(6)と、をさらに備え、前記シャンク(6)が、前記第1の孔および前記第2の孔の直径よりも大きい直径を有する、ステップと、
前記第1の構造および前記第2の構造の前記位置合わせされた前記第1及び第2の孔に前記締結具(2)をさらに押し込んで、前記シャンク(6)を前記第1の孔の前記縁部(21)に接触させ、前記第1の孔(19)に押し通し、次に、前記締結具(2)の前記噛合部分(8)が前記第2の構造から突出するまで前記第2の孔に押し通すステップと、
噛合部品(36、42)を前記締結具(2)の前記噛合部分(8)に結合するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記テーパ状導入セクション(14)の外面が、直円錐の部分である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記テーパ状導入セクション(14)の最大直径が、前記シャンク(6)の直径に等しく、前記テーパ状導入セクション(14)の最小直径が、前記第1の孔および前記第2の孔の直径よりも小さい、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記締結具(2)が、アール状導入セクション(16)をさらに備え、前記アール状導入セクション(16)が、前記テーパ状導入セクション(14)と交わり、前記噛合部分(8)に向かって急に湾曲しており、所定半径を有する円弧である第2の輪郭を有する、請求項1、2、または3に記載の方法。
- 前記噛合部分(8)の最大直径が、前記アール状導入セクション(16)の最小直径よりも小さい、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 第1の孔を有する第1の構造要素と、前記第1の構造要素の前記第1の孔と位置合わせされた第2の孔を有する第2の構造要素と、周囲のスリーブなしで前記第1の構造要素および前記第2の構造要素の前記第1の孔および前記第2の孔のそれぞれの少なくとも部分を占め、前記第2の構造要素を越えて延びる締結具(34、40)と、前記第2の構造要素に当接し、前記締結具(34、40)に結合された噛合部品(36、42)と、を備えるアセンブリであって、
前記締結具(34、40)が、
頭部(38、44)と、
前記頭部(38、44)から延在し、円筒形の外面を備えるシャンク(6)と、
外部突出部を備える噛合部分(8)と、

前記テーパ状導入セクション(14)が、前記噛合部分(8)に向かう第1の軸方向に向かって徐々にテーパ状になっており、直線状でありかつ20度以下のテーパ角度の第1の輪郭を有し、
前記アール状導入セクション(16)が、前記第1の軸方向に向かって急に湾曲しており、所定半径を有する円弧である第2の輪郭を有する、アセンブリ。 - 前記締結具(34、40)の前記シャンク(6)ならびに前記第1の構造要素および前記第2の構造要素が、これらの間のスリーブなしに互いに接触する、請求項6に記載のアセンブリ。

- 前記テーパ状導入セクション(14)の最大直径が、前記シャンク(6)の直径に等しく、前記テーパ状導入セクション(14)の外面が、直円錐の部分である、請求項6から11のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
