Abstract
Description
上述した態様において、前記ブドウ由来溶解液は、ワインの搾りかすをアルカリ溶液で抽出及び/又は溶解したものであってもよい。
上述した態様において、前記ワインの搾りかすは、赤ワインの搾りかすであってもよい。
上述した態様において、前記ワインの搾りかすは、白ワインの搾りかすであってもよい。
本発明に係る分解促進剤は、VOCを分解する微生物を活性化することによって汚染された土壌や地下水を浄化するためのものである。本発明に係るVOC分解促進剤は、ブドウ由来溶解液、又はブドウ残渣を含む。ブドウ由来溶解液とは、ブドウ由来の物質、例えばブドウ残渣を所定の溶液に浸漬して、このブドウ残渣から所定の成分を抽出した液体、及びこのブドウ残渣を溶解して得られた液体、の少なくとも一方をいう。ブドウ残渣とは、ブドウの加工品を製造する工程において、ブドウをろ過又は溶解する際に残る不溶物をいう。ブドウ残渣の溶解液、又はブドウ残渣には、有機酸や糖類等の種々の有機物が含まれている。
図2は、浄化対象エリアの一例を示す平面図である。図2には、幅10メートル、奥行き10メートルの浄化対象エリア10に、分解促進剤を注入するための井戸2を9本設置した場合が示されている。実施工では、現場条件に応じて1メートルから10メートル程度の間隔で井戸2を設置する。なお、井戸2の数は9本に限られず、1本以上であればよい。
赤ワインの製造工程で発生するワインの搾りかすを乾燥、粉砕し、粉末状分解促進剤にした。123ミリリットルのガラス製バイアル瓶にリン酸緩衝液を98.2ミリリットル、土壌懸濁液を5.5ミリリットル、上述した粉末状分解促進剤を1500ミリグラム、8%炭酸水素ナトリウム溶液を2.2ミリリットル入れ、テフロン(登録商標)ライナーブチルゴム栓及びアルミキャップにて密栓した。その後、窒素ボンベより注射針を通してビン内を窒素置換し、嫌気状態を創出した。最後に、マイクロシリンジにて、テトラクロロエチレン(以下、PCEともいう)の飽和溶液を2.6ミリリットル入れて、PCE濃度が約6.5ミリグラム毎リットルになるようにした。
赤ワイン及び白ワインの製造工程で発生するワインの搾りかすをアルカリ溶液に浸漬、pH調整して、液体状分解促進剤にした。123ミリリットルのガラス製バイアル瓶にリン酸緩衝液を98.2ミリリットル、土壌懸濁液を5.5ミリリットル、上述した液体状分解促進剤を1.5ミリリットル、8%炭酸水素ナトリウム溶液を2.2ミリリットル入れ、テフロンライナーブチルゴム栓及びアルミキャップにて密栓した。その後、窒素ボンベより注射針を通してビン内を3分間、窒素置換し、嫌気状態を創出した。最後に、マイクロシリンジにて、PCEの飽和溶液を2.6ミリリットル入れて、PCE濃度が約6.5ミリグラム毎リットルになるようにした。
比較例(対照区)として酵母抽出物系水素供与体を用いた試験を行った。図7は、この比較試験におけるVOC濃度の測定結果を示す図である。図7に示す比較試験では、123ミリリットルのガラス製バイアル瓶にリン酸緩衝液を98.2ミリリットル、土壌懸濁液を5.5ミリリットル、上述した酵母抽出物系水素供与体を1500ミリグラム入れ、テフロンライナーブチルゴム栓及びアルミキャップにて密栓した。その後、窒素ボンベより注射針を通してビン内を3分間、窒素置換し、嫌気状態を創出した。最後に、マイクロシリンジにて、テトラクロロエチレン(以下、PCEともいう)の飽和溶液を2.6ミリリットル入れて、PCE濃度が約6.5ミリグラム毎リットルになるようにした。

- ブドウ由来溶解液、又はブドウ残渣
を含むVOC分解促進剤。 - 前記ブドウ由来溶解液は、ブドウの果実、果皮、及び種子の少なくとも1種をアルカリ溶液で抽出及び/又は溶解したものである
請求項1に記載のVOC分解促進剤。 - 前記ブドウ由来溶解液は、ワインの搾りかすをアルカリ溶液で抽出及び/又は溶解したものである
請求項2に記載のVOC分解促進剤。 - 前記ブドウ残渣は、ワインの搾りかすである
請求項1に記載のVOC分解促進剤。 - 前記ワインの搾りかすは、赤ワインの搾りかすである
請求項3又は4に記載のVOC分解促進剤。 - 前記ワインの搾りかすは、白ワインの搾りかすである
