Abstract
【解決手段】水中に縦向き配置された外筒6と、当該外筒6内の下部中央に配設されて空気供給源から供給された空気を気泡流として上向き噴射する噴射口2aと、噴射口2aより上方に配置されて噴射口2aから噴射された気泡を微細化する微細気泡発生手段3とを有する汚水浄化用の気泡発生装置である。噴射口2aと微細気泡発生手段3との間に外筒6の内部を上昇する水流と気泡流の流路を絞るスロート部30を配設した。

Claims (8)
- 水中に縦向き配置された外筒と、当該外筒内の下部中央に配設されて空気供給源から供給された空気を気泡流として上向き噴射する噴射口と、前記噴射口より上方の前記外筒内に配置されて前記噴射口から噴射された気泡を微細化する微細気泡発生手段とを有する汚水浄化用の気泡発生装置であって、
前記噴射口と前記微細気泡発生手段との間に、前記外筒の内部を上昇する水流と気泡流の流路を絞るスロート部を配設したことを特徴とする気泡発生装置。 - 前記噴射口を前記スロート部の下端開口内に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1の気泡発生装置。
- 前記噴射口の開口面積をFn、前記スロート部の開口面積をFtとして、Fn/Ftの値を0.1〜0.4の範囲内に設定したことを特徴とする請求項2の気泡発生装置。
- 前記微細気泡発生手段は、円筒状の外筒の内部に、円筒状の本体と、前記本体から中心に向かって突き出た複数の突起部とからなる円柱体を、軸方向に複数個重ねて配置すると共に、当該複数個の円柱体を、前記噴射口より噴出される空気が上昇する位置に配置した構成を有し、前記円柱体の前記突起部はその各先端が向かい合う中央部において先端が鋭角に成形され、かつ複数の前記突起部の前記先端を前記中央部においてキャビテーション発生用の開口を構成するように所定の長さに設定したことを特徴とする請求項1の気泡発生装置。
- 前記噴射口より噴出される気泡流によって、前記微細気泡発生手段を通過する液体の局所的な速度が毎秒5m以上となる構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気泡発生装置。
- 前記開口は最小直径もしくは最小通過幅を2mmとしたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の気泡発生装置。
- 前記微細気泡発生手段は、互いに隣接する前記円柱体においては、前記軸方向に見た突起部が互いに重ならないように配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の気泡発生装置。
- 請求項1の気泡発生装置に使用する円柱体であって、円筒状の本体と、前記本体から中心に向かって突き出た複数の突起部とを有し、前記突起部は円柱状の前記本体の軸方向上方に向かってその径が小さくなる略円錐形の開口を構成するよう鋭角に形成されたことを特徴とする気泡発生装置の円柱体。
