Claims (6)
- 水中に垂直方向に配置される外筒と、
前記外筒の下部中央に配設されて空気供給源から供給された空気を前記外筒の前記垂直方向の上方に噴射する噴射口と、
前記噴射口から噴射する前記空気の気泡により発生する水流と気泡流との混在した流体を微細な前記気泡とする微細気泡発生手段と、
前記噴射口から噴射する前記空気に伴って前記外筒の長手方向に発生する水流の流路を絞る絞り部を備えたスロート部と、
を有する汚水浄化用の気泡発生装置であって、
前記微細気泡発生装置は、円筒状の本体と、円筒状の前記本体から中心に向かって突き出た複数の突起部とから構成される円柱体を軸方向に複数個配置し、複数の前記突起部の先端が向かい合う中央部にキャビテーション発生用の開口を形成するよう複数の前記突起部が所定の長さに設定され、
前記スロート部は、円錐状のテーパ面として形成された下端入口開口と上端出口開口とを有し、前記下端入口開口と前記上端出口開口との間に内径が絞られた断面円形の前記絞り部を有し、ノズルの前記噴射口が、前記スロート部の前記下端入口開口から、前記下端入口開口と前記絞り部の境界までの間に位置するように配置されるとともに、前記外筒内の閉じた領域内において前記絞り部の中心軸線と同軸上で垂直上向きに開口して配置され、さらに前記スロート部の前記絞り部の開口面積を前記ノズルの前記噴射口の開口面積より大きく構成し、前記閉じた領域内において前記噴射口から前記垂直方向の上方へ噴射される前記気泡が浮力により前記スロート部の前記絞り部に向かって上昇し流れ込むことで、前記ノズルの外側の水が前記スロート部の前記絞り部に引き込まれて水流が加速され、前記微細気泡発生装置の前記開口の中心へ至る、ことを特徴とする、汚水浄化用の気泡発生装置。 - 前記噴射口の前記開口面積をFn、前記スロート部の前記開口面積をFtとして、Fn/Ftの値を0.1〜0.4の範囲内に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の汚水浄化用の気泡発生装置。
- 前記開口は最小直径もしくは最小通過幅を2mmとしたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の汚水浄化用の気泡発生装置。
- 前記微細気泡発生手段は、互いに隣接する前記円柱体においては、軸方向に見た前記突起部が互いに重ならないように配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の汚水浄化用の気泡発生装置。
- 空気供給源から供給された空気を噴射口から汚水中において垂直方向の上方に噴射し、噴射された前記空気により発生する水流と気泡流との混在した流体を前記汚水中に配置された微細気泡発生装置に導入し、前記流体を前記微細気泡発生装置により微細気泡とすることで、前記汚水中に存在する好気性菌により汚れ成分を浄化させる汚水浄化方法であって、
前記噴射口と前記微細気泡発生装置との間の閉ざされた領域にスロート部を配置し、
前記微細気泡発生装置は、円筒状の本体と、円筒状の前記本体から中心に向かって突き出た複数の突起部とから構成され、複数の前記突起部の先端が向かい合う中央部にキャビテーション発生用の開口を形成するよう設定し、
前記スロート部を、円錐状のテーパ面として形成された下端入口開口と上端出口開口とを有し、前記下端入口開口と前記上端出口開口との間に内径が絞られた断面円形の絞り部を有する構成とし、ノズルの前記噴射口が、前記スロート部の前記下端入口開口から、前記下端入口開口と前記絞り部の境界までの間に位置するように配置するとともに、前記外筒内の閉じた領域内において前記絞り部の中心軸線と同軸上で垂直上向きに開口して配置し、さらに前記スロート部の前記絞り部の開口面積を前記ノズルの前記噴射口の開口面積より大きくし、前記閉じた領域内において前記噴射口から前記垂直方向の上方へ噴射される前記気泡が浮力により前記スロート部の前記絞り部に向かって上昇し流れ込むことで、前記ノズルの外側の水が前記スロート部の前記絞り部に引き込まれて水流が加速されるように構成し、前記噴射口から噴射する前記垂直方向の上方の前記気泡により前記水流と前記気泡流との混在した前記流体を、前記閉ざされた領域内で前記微細気泡発生装置の前記開口の中心部に供給し、前記微細気泡発生装置において前記キャビテーション発生を促進することを特徴とする、汚水浄化方法。 - 前記噴射口より噴射される前記気泡流によって、前記微細気泡発生装置を通過する前記液体の局所的な速度が毎秒5m以上としたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の汚水浄化方法。
