Abstract
【解決手段】光学ユニット50は、光源から出射した光を反射し、反射した反射光を走査することで配光パターンを形成するように構成された回転リフレクタ24と、回転リフレクタ24を回転させる回転駆動部としてのモータ52、回転リフレクタ24の所定の基準箇所に取り付けられたマグネット54と、マグネット54が所定位置を通過するタイミングを示す位置検出信号を生成するホール素子56と、備える。

Description
はじめに、本実施の形態に係る光学ユニットを搭載しうる車両用前照灯の概略について説明する。図1は、車両用前照灯の水平断面図である。図1に示す車両用前照灯10は、自動車の前端部の左側に搭載される左側前照灯であり、右側に搭載される前照灯と左右対称である以外は同じ構造である。そのため、以下では、左側の車両用前照灯10について詳述し、右側の車両用前照灯については説明を省略する。
図4は、本実施の形態に係る光学ユニットの断面図である。図5は、本実施の形態に係る磁石と検出部との位置関係を説明するための図である。図4に示す光学ユニット50は、図1に示す光学ユニット20に相当するものであり、光学ユニット20と重複する構成については同じ符号を付して説明を適宜省略する。また、図5は、回転リフレクタ24の裏面側(反射領域24aと反対側)から見た様子である。
図6は、本実施の形態の変形例に係る磁石と検出部との位置関係を説明するための図である。図6に示すマグネット84は、表裏がN極、S極となっている2極のマグネットである。また、マグネット84は、一方のスリット25の回転部24c近傍に配置されている。ホール素子56は、回転リフレクタ24の裏面側に固定されたマグネット84の磁極(磁束の大きさがピークとなる領域)が所定位置(例えばホール素子56の上面)を通過するタイミングを示す位置検出信号を生成する。
Claims (5)
- 光源から出射した光を反射し、反射した反射光を走査することで配光パターンを形成するように構成された回転リフレクタと、
前記回転リフレクタを回転させる回転駆動部と、
前記回転リフレクタの所定の基準箇所に取り付けられた磁石と、
前記磁石が所定位置を通過するタイミングを示す位置検出信号を生成する検出部と、
備えることを特徴とする光学ユニット。 - 前記回転リフレクタは、回転軸の周囲に複数のブレードが設けられており、隣接するブレード間にスリットまたは連結部が形成されており、
前記磁石は、前記スリットの近傍の所定の基準位置に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学ユニット。 - 前記磁石は、前記回転リフレクタの反射面と反対側に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の光学ユニット。
- 前記回転駆動部は、ブラシレスモータであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の光学ユニット。
- 前記検出部は、前記ブラシレスモータのロータと前記回転リフレクタとの間の領域に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の光学ユニット。
