Abstract
【解決手段】 蓄熱式燃焼装置10a,10bを用いた蓄熱式燃焼設備において、燃焼時に蓄熱部12a,12bに燃焼用空気を供給させると共に燃焼後の燃焼排ガスを蓄熱部から排出させる給排経路13a,13bを設け、炉内1aにおいて燃焼用空気と燃料ガスとを燃焼させた後の燃焼排ガスを、蓄熱部を通して排出させるにあたり、前記の給排経路に三元触媒を収容させた排ガス処理部41a,41bを設けると共に、排ガス処理部に導かれる燃焼排ガスの温度を制御する熱交換器42a,42bを設けた。

Claims (4)
- 蓄熱材が収容された蓄熱部を通して燃焼用空気を蓄熱材に蓄熱された熱により加熱させ、この燃焼用空気と燃料供給部から供給された燃料ガスとを炉内において燃焼させる一方、炉内における燃焼後の燃焼排ガスを蓄熱材が収容された蓄熱部に導いて、燃焼排ガスの熱を蓄熱材に蓄熱させた後、この蓄熱部を通して燃焼排ガスを排出させるようにした蓄熱式燃焼装置が設けられた蓄熱式燃焼設備において、燃焼時に前記の蓄熱部に燃焼用空気を供給させると共に燃焼後の燃焼排ガスを蓄熱部から排出させる給排経路を設け、この給排経路に三元触媒を収容させた排ガス処理部を設けると共に、前記の排ガス処理部に導かれる燃焼排ガスの温度を制御する温度制御手段を設けたことを特徴とする蓄熱式燃焼設備。
- 請求項1に記載の蓄熱式燃焼設備において、前記の炉内と蓄熱部との間の案内部分に、前記の炉内から蓄熱部に導かれる燃焼排ガスに含まれる酸素ガスを燃焼させて還元させる還元用燃料供給部を設けたことを特徴とする蓄熱式燃焼設備。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の蓄熱式燃焼設備において、前記の温度制御手段として、前記の蓄熱部と排ガス処理部との間に熱交換器を設けたことを特徴とする蓄熱式燃焼設備。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の蓄熱式燃焼設備において、前記の温度制御手段は、前記の蓄熱部における蓄熱材に蓄熱させる燃焼排ガスの熱を制御させて、排ガス処理部に導かれる燃焼排ガスの温度を調整することを特徴とする蓄熱式燃焼設備。
