Claims (9)
- ガスメータ内のガス流を遮断するための弁のための密封部材であって、前記密封部材は、第1のシース部材と、第2のシース部材と、前記密封部材を前記弁内に支持するための2つの軸受部材とを備え、
前記第1のシース部材及び前記第2のシース部材は、球状であり、少なくとも1つの位置で互いに連結され、前記第1のシース部材は、少なくとも1つの凹部を形成する第1のシース面を有し、前記第2のシース部材は、第2のシース面を有し、前記第1のシース面は、前記凹部の周囲に円形領域を形成し、前記第2のシース面は、前記第1のシース面の前記円形領域と同じ形状を有する円形領域を形成し、前記密封部材は、前記2つの軸受部材を介して回転可能であり、前記第1のシース部材を流路内に位置させて、ガスを前記凹部に流すか、又は、前記第2のシース部材を前記流路内に位置させて、前記第2のシース面によって、前記ガスの流れを遮断する、
ことを特徴とする密封部材。 - 前記第1のシース部材及び前記第2のシース部材は、互いに90°の角度に設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の密封部材。
- 前記2つの軸受部材は、前記第1のシース部材及び前記第2のシース部材に配置され、前記密封部材を前記弁内に固定することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の密封部材。
- 各軸受部材は、円形の断面を有する軸受ピンを備え、前記軸受ピンを用いて、前記密封部材を前記弁内に回転可能に支持することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の密封部材。
- 前記第1のシース面の前記円形領域の曲率は、前記第2のシース面の前記円形領域の曲率と同じであることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の密封部材。
- 前記第1のシース部材の前記凹部は、円形であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の密封部材。
- 前記密封部材は、付加的な隆起を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の密封部材。
- ガスメータ内のガス流を遮断するための弁であって、前記弁は、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の密封部材と、シールと、前記弁の位置を制御するための駆動装置とを備えることを特徴とする弁。
- 前記シールは、リップシールであり、前記弁の位置に基づいて、前記第1のシース面の前記円形領域及び前記第2のシース面の前記円形領域と選択的に接触することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の弁。
