Claims (10)
- ガス防護フード(20)によって周囲環境から隔離された溶融室(190)を備え、
前記ガス防護フードには溶融させる電極(70)を動かすための電極ロッド(40)が挿通され、封止によって気密にされたガイドとなる導入口(30)を備え、
前記溶融室内のガス圧力に比例し前記電極ロッド(40)に均等化力を作用させて、前記電極ロッド(40)に作用するガス圧力を相殺する、油圧または空圧による均等化手段(140)を有する、
ことを特徴とする溶融装置。 - 前記均等化手段(140)は、前記溶融室(190)における正圧又は負圧に対して相殺する力を生じせしめる、請求項1に記載の溶融装置。
- 前記電極ロッド(40)を移動させるための駆動ユニット(50)が、前記電極ロッド(40)の上端に設けられている、請求項1または2に記載の溶融装置。
- 前記駆動ユニット(50)は、前記電極ロッド(40)に噛み合わされた駆動スピンドル(130)、とりわけ前記電極ロッド(40)の雌ネジと噛み合わされる雄ネジを有する駆動スピンドル(130)によって構成される、請求項3に記載の溶融装置。
- 前記駆動ユニット(50)は、少なくとも一つのガイド(41,42)を介して下部横木(180)に接続され、前記下部横木(180)は前記均等化手段の不可動部、とりわけ前記均等化手段のシリンダに接続され、上部横木(170)は前記電極ロッド(40)及び前記均等化手段の可動部、特に前記均等化手段(140)のピストン(210)、の両方に結合されている、請求項1〜4のいずれかひとつに記載の溶融装置。
- 前記駆動ユニット(50)は、前記電極ロッド(40)を駆動するためにフレーム(10)に取り付けられており、
前記電極ロッド(40)の重量及び前記電極(70)の受取りによって発生する力又はトルクは、前記フレーム(10)、特に前記ガス防護フード(20)とは独立に設けられている前記フレーム(10)を介して周囲に放散させるようなっている、請求項1〜5のいずれかひとつに記載の溶融装置。 - 複数設けられた前記均等化手段(140)、特に均等化のための前記シリンダは、前記電極ロッド(40)の中心軸から半径方向に離して配置されており、前記均等化手段の作用によって前記電極ロッド(40)には傾斜モーメントやトルクが発生しないように対称に配置されている、請求項1〜6のいずれかひとつに記載の溶融装置。
- 前記均等化手段(140)にはピストンとシリンダが配置されており、
前記均等化手段(140)の各ピストンの有効な断面積の和は前記電極ロッド(40)の断面積よりも大きい、請求項1〜7のいずれかひとつに記載の溶融装置。 - 空圧によって前記溶融室(190)とつながり、油圧によって前記均等化手段(140)とつながる、油槽(160)を備える、請求項1〜8のいずれかひとつに記載の溶融装置。
- 電極ロッド(40)は溶融室(190)内の電極を動かし、
前記溶融室(190)は封止によって周囲に対し気密にされており、
駆動ユニット(50)は前記溶融室(190)の外に配置されて前記電極ロッド(40)を駆動し、
流体技術を用いて前記溶融室(190)につながる少なくとも1つの均等化手段(140)のシリンダを用いて、前記溶融室の正圧もしくは負圧によって前記電極ロッドに作用する力を均等化する、
ことを特徴とする溶融装置の運転方法。
