Description
Claims (16)
- 内燃機関用の排ガス装置であって、
排ガスが排ガス主流れ方向(A)に通流可能な排ガス流チャネル(14)と、
前記排ガス流チャネル(14)の反応剤噴射領域(16)において反応剤を反応剤主噴射方向(R)に噴射する反応剤噴射装置(18)と、
を備え、
前記反応剤主噴射方向(R)と前記排ガス主流れ方向(A)とが、前記反応剤噴射領域(16)において、相互に非平行でありかつ非直交である、排ガス装置。 - 前記反応剤主噴射方向(R)と前記排ガス主流れ方向(A)とは、前記反応剤噴射領域(16)において、相互に鋭角を成していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記反応剤主噴射方向(R)と前記排ガス主流れ方向(A)とは、前記反応剤噴射領域(16)において、相互に20°〜70°、好適には40°〜60°の範囲の角度を成していることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記反応剤噴射領域(16)には、前記反応剤噴射装置(18)を用いて噴射される反応剤で濡らすことができる複数の反応剤捕集面(24)を有する反応剤捕集装置(22)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス装置。
- 少なくとも2つの、好適には全ての前記反応剤捕集面(24)が、相互に少なくとも部分的に平行であることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記反応剤捕集装置(22)は、少なくとも1つの反応剤捕集面(24)を有する少なくとも1つの反応剤捕集面要素(30;30a,30b,30c,30d)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4または5記載の排ガス装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記反応剤捕集面要素(30)が、波形に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の排ガス装置。
- 少なくとも2つの前記反応剤捕集面要素(30a,30b,30c,30d)が、相互に入れ子式に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項6または7記載の排ガス装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記反応剤捕集面要素(30;30a;30c)が、排ガス流管(12)に、好適には溶接により固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記反応剤捕集面要素(30b;30b,30c,30d)が、別の前記反応剤捕集面要素(30c;30a)に、好適には溶接により固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項6から9までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス装置。
- 1つの前記反応剤捕集面要素(30c;30a)が、前記排ガス流管(12)に固定されており、少なくとも1つの別の前記反応剤捕集面要素(30a,30b;30b,30c,30d)が、前記1つの反応剤捕集面要素(30c;30a)に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項9を引用する請求項10記載の排ガス装置。
- 少なくとも1つの、好適には各々の前記反応剤捕集面(24)が、前記反応剤噴射領域(16)の領域において、ほぼ前記排ガス主流れ方向(A)の方向に延在していることを特徴とする、請求項4から11までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス装置。
- 少なくとも1つの、好適には各々の前記反応剤捕集面(24)が、少なくとも部分的に湾曲していることを特徴とする、請求項4から12までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス装置。
- 少なくとも2つの前記反応剤捕集面(24)が、前記排ガス主流れ方向(A)に対してほぼ横向きに相並んで配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項4から13までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス装置。
- 少なくとも2つの前記反応剤捕集面(24)が、前記反応剤噴射領域(16)において、前記排ガス主流れ方向(A)に相前後して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項4から14までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス装置。
- 少なくとも2つの前記反応剤捕集面(24)が、前記反応剤噴射領域(16)において、前記排ガス主流れ方向(A)とは逆向きに上流側の方向に相互にそれぞれ異なる延伸長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項4から15までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス装置。
