Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、伝導性塗膜に関し、より詳細には、第1の塗膜10と、第1の塗膜10上に積層されている第2の塗膜20とを含み、第1の塗膜10の表面抵抗は、前記第2の塗膜20の表面抵抗の1/10以下であり、前記第2の塗膜20の明度が75以上である。

Description
1.第1の塗料及び第2の塗料の製造
(1)第1の塗料の製造
PCM(Pre−coated metal)用の塗料であるKCP760 PRIMER YK PRIMER(YELLOW−1)(K131−Y4075)(KANGNAM JEVISCO社製)100gにカーボンナノチューブを0.6g添加し、3500rpmで30分間分散することにより、第1の塗料を製造した。
PCM用の塗料であるKCP175 TOP P−7E90−2D WHITE(K101−W4148)(KANGNAM JEVISCO社製)100gにカーボンナノチューブを0.06g添加し、3500rpmで30分間分散することにより、第2の塗料を製造した。
(1)第1の塗膜の表面抵抗の測定
A4サイズ(297mm×210mm)の亜鉛メッキ鋼板の基材上に前記第1の塗料をバーコータ(#9)で塗布、コートし、180℃のオーブンで10分間乾燥した。その後、25℃、相対湿度50%の条件で24時間エージング(aging)し、厚さ7μmの塗膜を形成した。
A4サイズ(297mm×210mm)の亜鉛メッキ鋼板の基材上に前記第2の塗料をバーコータ(#24)で塗布、コートし、180℃のオーブンで10分間乾燥した。その後、25℃、相対湿度50%の条件で24時間エージング(aging)し、厚さ20μmの塗膜を形成した。
第2の塗膜の明度を測定するために、色差計測定器CR−400(MINOLTA社製)を用いて、第2の塗膜のL*値を測定した。下記表1にその結果を示す。

実施例1と同様の方法により、下記表1に示すように、各塗膜のカーボンナノチューブの含有量と、第1の塗膜及び第2の塗膜の厚さを調節し、実施例2〜9及び比較例1〜3の伝導性塗膜を製造した。
実施例1〜9及び比較例1〜3の伝導性塗膜のそれぞれの表面抵抗を、DC電圧がautoに設定された表面抵抗測定器を用いて、25℃、相対湿度50%、2分後の定常状態の条件で測定した。その結果を下記表2に示す。
実施例1〜9及び比較例1〜3の伝導性塗膜のそれぞれのL*値を、色差計測定器を用いて測定した。その結果を下記表2に示す。

Claims (9)
- 第1の塗膜と、
前記第1の塗膜上に積層されている第2の塗膜とを含み、
前記第1の塗膜の表面抵抗は、前記第2の塗膜の表面抵抗の1/10以下であり、
前記第2の塗膜の明度が75以上である、伝導性塗膜。 - 前記第2の塗膜の表面抵抗は、106〜1012Ω/sqである、請求項1に記載の伝導性塗膜。
- 前記第1の塗膜及び前記第2の塗膜の少なくとも1つは、伝導性金属、伝導性高分子、伝導性酸化物、または伝導性炭素化合物の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の伝導性塗膜。
- 前記伝導性炭素化合物は、炭素繊維、グラフェン、またはカーボンナノチューブの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項3に記載の伝導性塗膜。
- 前記第1の塗膜及び前記第2の塗膜は、カーボンナノチューブを含む、請求項4に記載の伝導性塗膜。
- 前記第2の塗膜は、第2の塗膜の100重量部を基準として、前記伝導性金属、前記伝導性高分子、前記伝導性酸化物、または前記伝導性炭素化合物の少なくとも1つを0.01〜0.4重量部含む、請求項3に記載の伝導性塗膜。
- 前記第1の塗膜の表面抵抗は、前記第2の塗膜の表面抵抗の1/100以下である、請求項1に記載の伝導性塗膜。
- 前記第1の塗膜の厚さは3〜20μmであり、前記第2の塗膜の厚さは8〜50μmである、請求項1に記載の伝導性塗膜。
- 前記伝導性塗膜の前記第2の塗膜上で測定した全表面抵抗は、103〜109Ω/sqである、請求項1に記載の伝導性塗膜。
