Claims (14)
- 連続的で層ごとの選択的な露光と、これに伴う、エネルギービームを用いて凝固化可能な構造材料(3)から成る構造材料層の連続的で層ごとの選択的な凝固化とによって三次元的な物体(2)を付加的に製造するための装置(1)であって、付加的な構造工程の実行の範囲において生じる、特にプロセスに起因して当該装置(1)のプロセスチャンバ(8)内で生じる汚濁物を含むプロセスガス(9)が貫流可能である、少なくとも1つの特に配管状の管路要素を含む管路構造(12)と、プロセスガス(9)のフィルタリングのために設置されている、前記管路構造(12)に接続されたフィルタ装置(7)とを含んでいる、前記装置において、
前記フィルタ装置(7)が、交換可能に前記管路構造(12)に接続して配置可能であるか、又は配置されている複数のフィルタモジュール(14)を含んでおり、前記管路構造(12)に接続して配置された前記フィルタモジュール(14)が、前記フィルタ装置(7)に割り当てられた切換装置(29)を介して個々に、前記フィルタモジュールがプロセスガス(9)によって貫流可能に前記管路構造(12)へ接続されている動作状態と、前記フィルタモジュールがプロセスガス(9)によって貫流不能に前記管路構造(12)へ接続された非動作状態とへ切換可能であることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記切換装置(29)が、複数の弁ユニット(30)を含む弁装置として形成されているか、又はこのような弁装置を含んでおり、該弁装置の前記弁ユニット(30)が、それぞれ、前記管路構造(12)に接続して配置された1つのフィルタモジュール(14)に割り当て可能であるか、又は割り当てられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記管路構造(12)が、複数の接続インターフェース(21,22)を含む接続装置を含んでおり、各フィルタモジュール(14)が、各接続インターフェース(21,22)を介して前記管路構造(12)へ接続されて配置可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 各接続インターフェース(21,22)に請求項2に記載の弁ユニット(30)が割り当てられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタ装置(7)に割り当てられた検出装置(31)が設けられており、該検出装置は、前記管路構造(12)に接続して配置された少なくとも1つのフィルタモジュール(14)の飽和度を示す飽和情報を検出するために設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記飽和情報がフィルタモジュール(14)の飽和度を示している、飽和度に依存したパラメータを記述しており示しており、該パラメータが、飽和度に依存したフィルタモジュール(14)の重量あるいは飽和度に依存したフィルタモジュール(14)の重量変化、飽和度に依存したプロセスガス(9)の圧力あるいは飽和度に依存した、流入側を形成するフィルタモジュール(14)の流入部分(26)と流出側を形成する前記フィルタモジュール(14)の流出部分(27)の間のプロセスガス(9)の差圧、フィルタモジュール(14)を通る、特にプロセスガス流を生じさせる流れ発生装置、特にポンプ装置(13)の出力と比較した、飽和度に依存したプロセスガス(9)の流速、あるいは流入側を形成するフィルタモジュール(14)の流入部分(26)と流出側を形成する前記フィルタモジュール(14)の流出部分(27)の間の、飽和度に依存した、流速差、又はフィルタモジュール(14)を通って流れるか、あるいは前記フィルタモジュール(14)から流出するプロセスガス(9)の飽和度に依存した組成であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 各フィルタモジュール(14)がフィルタモジュールハウジング(15)を含んでおり、各フィルタモジュールハウジング(15)が幾何学的に規定して構成されたフィルタ体収容空間(16)を含んでおり、該フィルタ体収容空間が、幾何学的に規定して構成された所定の数のフィルタ体(18)を収容するように設置されており、各フィルタモジュール(14)がフィルタモジュール側の接続インターフェース(19,20)を含んでおり、該接続インターフェースを介して、各フィルタモジュールが必要に応じて前記管路構造(12)の接続インターフェース(21,22)に接続可能であるか、又は接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記各フィルタモジュールハウジング(15)の前記フィルタ体収容空間(16)がその各フィルタ体収容体積において異なっており、その結果、各フィルタ体収容空間(16)内には幾何学的に規定して構成された所定の数のフィルタ体(18)のみを収容可能であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 各フィルタモジュール(14)が、予備構成可能な、又は予備構成された、個別に操作可能なアセンブリを形成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 全てのフィルタモジュール(14)の前記接続インターフェース(19,20)が同一に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 装置側の接続範囲(21,22)には、所定の幾何学的に規定された構成の、特に所定の長さのフィルタモジュールハウジング(15)のみが接続可能であり、前記フィルタ装置(7)の全てのフィルタモジュール(14)が幾何学的に規定された適当な構成、特に適当な長さを備えていることを特徴とする請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- それぞれフィルタモジュールハウジング側で含まれるフィルタ体収容空間(16)に収容された1つ又は複数の前記フィルタ体(18)が、プレスばめによって前記各フィルタ体収容空間(16)内に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項7〜11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 各フィルタモジュール(14)が、フィルタモジュールハウジング側に配置又は形成された閉鎖装置(23)を含んでおり、各フィルタモジュールハウジング(15)が、前記各閉鎖装置(23)を介して閉鎖可能な、前記各フィルタ体収容空間(16)内へのアクセスを可能とするアクセス開口部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7〜12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 各フィルタモジュールハウジング(15)内には、プロセスガス(9)が貫流可能又は貫流する流れ通路構造(25)が形成されており、該流れ通路構造(25)が、フィルタされるべきプロセスガス(9)を前記フィルタモジュール(14)へ流入させるための流入部分(26)を含む第1の流れ通路構造部分(25a)と、フィルタされたプロセスガス(9)を前記フィルタモジュール(14)から流出させるための流出部分(27)を含む第2の流れ通路構造部分(25b)とを含んでおり、フィルタモジュールハウジング側で含まれる前記各フィルタ体収容空間(16)内に収容された1つ又は複数の前記フィルタ体(18)が、前記第1の流れ通路構造部分(25a)と前記第2の流れ通路構造部分(25b)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7〜13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
