Claims (9)
- 連続的で層ごとの選択的な露光と、これに伴う、エネルギービームを用いて凝固化可能な構造材料(3)から成る構造材料層の連続的で層ごとの選択的な凝固化とによって三次元的な物体(2)を付加的に製造するための装置(1)であって、当該装置(1)のプロセスチャンバ(8)内で、付加的な構造工程の実行の範囲において生じる、特にプロセスに起因して生じる汚濁物を含むプロセスガス(9)のフィルタリングのために設置されているフィルタ装置(7)を含んでいる、前記装置において、
前記フィルタ装置(7)が、それぞれフィルタモジュールハウジング(15)を有する複数のフィルタモジュール(14)を含んでおり、各フィルタモジュールハウジング(15)が、幾何学的に規定して構成された所定の数のフィルタ体(18)を収容するために設置されている、幾何学的に規定して構成されたフィルタ体収容空間(16)を含んでおり、各フィルタモジュール(14)がフィルタモジュール側の接続インターフェース(19,20)を含んでおり、該接続インターフェースを介して、前記フィルタモジュールが、プロセスガス(9)によって貫流可能な、又は貫流される装置側の管路構造(12)の所定の装置側の接続範囲(21,22)に必要に応じて接続可能であるか、又は接続されていること、及び
前記各フィルタモジュールハウジング(15)の前記フィルタ体収容空間(16)がその各フィルタ体収容体積において異なっており、その結果、各フィルタ体収容空間(16)内には、幾何学的に規定して構成された所定の数のフィルタ体(18)のみが収容可能であることを特徴とする装置。 - 各フィルタモジュール(14)が、予備組立可能な、又は予備組立された、個別に交換可能なアセンブリを形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 全てのフィルタモジュール(14)の前記接続インターフェース(19,20)が同一に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 所定の幾何学的に規定された構成の、特に所定の長さのフィルタモジュールハウジング(15)のみが前記装置側の接続範囲(21,22)に接続可能であり、前記フィルタ装置(7)の全てのフィルタモジュール(14)が適当に幾何学的に規定された構成、特に適当な長さを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- それぞれフィルタモジュールハウジング側で含まれるフィルタ体収容空間(16)内に収容された1つ又は複数の前記フィルタ体(18)が、プレスばめによって前記各フィルタ体収容空間(16)内に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 各フィルタモジュール(14)が、フィルタモジュール側に配置又は形成された閉鎖装置(23)を含んでおり、各フィルタモジュールハウジング(15)が、各閉鎖装置(23)によって閉鎖可能な、各フィルタ体収容空間(16)内へのアクセスを可能とするアクセス開口部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記閉鎖装置(23)が、移動可能に前記フィルタモジュールハウジング(15)に配置又は形成された閉鎖要素(24)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 各フィルタモジュールハウジング(15)内には、プロセスガス(9)によって貫流可能又は貫流される流れ通路構造(25)が形成されており、該流れ通路構造(25)が、フィルタされるべきプロセスガス(9)を前記フィルタモジュール(14)へ流入させるための流入部分(26)を含む第1の流れ通路構造部分(25a)と、フィルタされたプロセスガス(9)を前記フィルタモジュール(14)から流出させるための流出部分(27)を含む第2の流れ通路構造部分(25b)とを含んでおり、前記各フィルタモジュールハウジング側で含まれるフィルタ体収容空間(16)内に収容された1つ又は複数の前記フィルタ体(18)が前記第1の流れ通路構造部分(25a)と前記第2の流れ通路構造部分(25b)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 連続的で層ごとの選択的な露光と、これに伴う、エネルギービームを用いて凝固化可能な構造材料(3)から成る構造材料層の連続的で層ごとの選択的な凝固化とによって三次元的な物体(2)を付加的に製造するための装置(1)のためのフィルタ装置(7)において、
当該フィルタ装置(7)が、それぞれフィルタモジュールハウジング(15)を有する複数のフィルタモジュール(14)を含んでおり、各フィルタモジュールハウジング(15)が、幾何学的に規定されて構成された所定の数のフィルタ体(18)を収容するために設置されている、幾何学的に規定して構成されたフィルタ体収容空間(16)を含んでおり、各フィルタモジュール(14)がフィルタモジュール側の接続インターフェース(19,20)を含んでおり、該接続インターフェースを介して、前記フィルタモジュールが、プロセスガス(9)によって貫流可能な、又は貫流される装置側の管路構造(12)の所定の装置側の接続範囲(21,22)に必要に応じて接続可能であるか、又は接続されていること、及び
前記各フィルタモジュールハウジング(15)の前記フィルタ体収容空間(16)がその各フィルタ体収容体積において異なっており、その結果、各フィルタ体収容空間(16)内には、幾何学的に規定して構成された所定の数のフィルタ体(18)のみが収容可能であることを特徴とするフィルタ装置。
