Claims (5)
- 第1の所定方向に引き揃えられた,樹脂が含浸された複数本の連続する高強度繊維を備え,
表面に,上記高強度繊維の繊維方向に沿ってのびる第1の溝が間隔をあけて複数形成されており,かつ上記第1の溝に交差して第2の所定方向にのびる,上記第1の溝よりも浅い第2の溝が間隔をあけて複数形成されている,
連続繊維補強材。 - 上記複数の第1の溝が等間隔に形成されており,かつ第2の溝も等間隔に形成されている,請求項1に記載の連続繊維補強材。
- 隣り合う第1の溝の間隔よりも隣り合う第2の溝の間隔の方が広い,請求項1または2に記載の連続繊維補強材。
- 第1の溝の幅よりも第2の溝の幅の方が狭い,請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の連続繊維補強材。
- 上記高強度繊維と異なる複数本の連続する繊維に樹脂を含浸させた緩衝層が表面に設けられており,上記緩衝層の表面に上記第1および第2の溝が形成されている,
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の連続繊維補強材。
