Abstract
Description
図1は第1実施形態に係る減圧弁を示す断面図である。本実施形態の減圧弁1は、例えば給湯設備等に使用されるものであり、主に、弁本体10と、弁本体10の内部に収納された弁棒30と、感圧応動部材としてのダイアフラム装置40とを備えている。
図6は第2実施形態に係る減圧弁の弁体部を示す部分断面図である。本実施形態の減圧弁2と第1実施形態との相違点は、シール部材37の傾斜面部37d及び上側押さえ部36の外周面36cがそれぞれ断面視で下に凸となるような曲面である。その他の構造は第1実施形態と同様のため、同様な構成については重複説明を省略する。

Claims (7)
- 内部に弁口付き弁座を有する弁室が設けられるとともに、前記弁口の下側に流出室が設けられ、外周部に前記弁室に連なる一次側流入口と前記流出室に連なる二次側流出口とが設けられた弁本体と、前記弁口をその下側から開閉するための弁体部が設けられるとともに、前記弁本体に上下方向に摺動自在に嵌挿された弁棒と、前記二次側流出口の二次側圧力を感知して前記弁棒を上下方向に駆動すべく前記弁本体に取り付けられた感圧応動部材と、を備える減圧弁であって、
前記弁体部における前記弁座に対向して接離する対向面の少なくとも一部に、内側から外側に行くに従って水平方向から下方に向けて連続的に傾斜する傾斜面部が設けられていることを特徴とする減圧弁。 - 前記対向面の全体が前記傾斜面部とされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減圧弁。
- 前記傾斜面部の水平方向に対する傾斜角は、一定、もしくは、内側から外側に行くに従って連続的に小さくされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の減圧弁。
- 前記弁体部は、前記弁口に挿通される弁軸に外装されるとともに、
前記弁体部の上面が前記弁軸の外周に突設された上側押さえ部の下面と対接せしめられ、前記弁体部における前記上側押さえ部より外周部に前記対向面が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の減圧弁。 - 前記上側押さえ部の外周面と前記弁体部の前記対向面とが連続的に連接されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の減圧弁。
- 前記弁体部の前記外周部の外端に、下側へ向けて凹む受圧凹部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の減圧弁。
- 前記弁体部が、前記弁座に接離するシール部材と、該シール部材の下側及び外周を押さえる下側押さえ部材とで構成されるとともに、
前記受圧凹部は、前記シール部材の外周部分と、前記下側押さえ部材における前記シール部材の外周に配在される外筒部の上端部の内壁との間の空間で形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の減圧弁。
