Abstract
【解決手段】互いに区分されたPCBの第1および第2部分220a、220bに、第1および第2LEDパッケージ210a、210bがそれぞれ実装されたPCB220を長手方向に折り畳み、互いに対面するように構成し、第1および第2LEDパッケージを互いに隣り合って位置させ、第1部分と第2部分の間には、ガイド部131を挿入して貼り付ける。その結果、隣り合って位置する第1および第2LEDパッケージは、製作工程上、求められる最短の離隔距離未満の離隔距離で配置できるようになり、LEDパッケージのピッチに対する制約を解消する。さらにガイド部を用いることによって、折り畳み状態を安定して維持する。

Claims (13)
- 液晶パネルと、
液晶パネルの下部の導光板と、
前記導光板の入光面に沿って交互に配置される第1LEDパッケージおよび第2LEDパッケージと、
前記第1LEDパッケージおよび前記第2LEDパッケージがそれぞれ実装されて互いに対面する第1部分および第2部分、そして前記第1部分および前記第2部分における長手方向の端部を連結する、折り曲げ状態の第3部分を含むPCBと、
前記第1LEDパッケージおよび前記第2LEDパッケージの外側に位置し、前記第1部分と前記第2部分の間に挿入されて貼り付けられた第1ガイド部と、
を備える液晶表示装置。 - 前記第3部分は、前記第1部分および前記第2部分より積層膜の数が少ない、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1部分および前記第2部分は、前記第3部分に比べて、基底層一面上の配線層と、前記配線層を覆うカバーレイ膜をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1ガイド部における長手方向の一端は、前記第1部分および前記第2部分における長手方向の端部に対応して位置する、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記導光板の入光面以外の他の側面を取り囲む第2ガイド部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1部分および前記第2部分のそれぞれの表面には接着部材が備えられ、
前記第1ガイド部は、前記接着部材を介して前記第1部分および前記第2部分に貼り付けられ、
前記第1LEDパッケージは、前記接着部材を介して前記第2部分に貼り付けられ、
前記第2LEDパッケージは、前記接着部材を介して前記第1部分に貼り付けられる、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記第1LEDパッケージおよび前記第2LEDパッケージは、上面と幅方向の両側面とで発光する3面発光LEDパッケージであるか、若しくは上面と4側面とで発光する5面発光LEDパッケージである、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 一方向に沿って交互に配置される第1および第2LEDパッケージと、
前記第1LEDパッケージおよび前記第2LEDパッケージがそれぞれ実装されて互いに対面する第1部分および第2部分、そして前記第1部分および前記第2部分における長手方向の端部を連結する、折り曲げ状態の第3部分を含むPCBと、
前記第1LEDパッケージおよび前記第2LEDパッケージの外側に位置し、前記第1部分と前記第2部分の間に挿入されて貼り付けられた第1ガイド部と、
を備えるLEDアセンブリ。 - 前記第3部分は、前記第1部分および前記第2部分より積層膜の数が少ない、請求項8に記載のLEDアセンブリ。
- 前記第1部分および前記第2部分は、前記第3部分に比べて、基底層一面上の配線層と、前記配線層を覆うカバーレイ膜をさらに備える、請求項9に記載のLEDアセンブリ。
- 前記第1ガイド部における長手方向の一端は、前記第1部分および前記第2部分における長手方向の端部に対応して位置する、請求項8に記載のLEDアセンブリ。
- 前記第1部分および前記第2部分のそれぞれの表面には接着部材が備えられ、
前記第1ガイド部は、前記接着部材を介して前記第1部分および前記第2部分に貼り付けられ、
前記第1LEDパッケージは、前記接着部材を介して前記第2部分に貼り付けられ、
前記第2LEDパッケージは、前記接着部材を介して前記第1部分に貼り付けられる、請求項8に記載のLEDアセンブリ。 - 前記第1LEDパッケージおよび前記第2LEDパッケージは、上面と幅方向の両側面とで発光する3面発光LEDパッケージであるか、若しくは上面と4側面とで発光する5面発光LEDパッケージである、請求項8に記載のLEDアセンブリ。
