Abstract

ポリアミド12を製造した。モノマーとしてのラウロラクタムに加え、ドデカン酸を使用して、ジカルボン酸末端基の過剰を得た。該粉末を、沈殿プロセスにより得た。

Claims (15)
- 粉末床溶融結合法用のポリアミド粉末であって、該ポリアミドが、1.55〜1.75のISO 307による溶液粘度と、該ポリアミドが窒素雰囲気下で24h、その溶融温度を10℃下回る温度に暴露される際に10%〜40%、好ましくは20%〜30%の該溶液粘度の増加とを有することを特徴とする、ポリアミド粉末。
- 該ポリアミド中で、過剰のアミン末端基または過剰のカルボン酸末端基のいずれかが存在することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のポリアミド粉末。
- 該過剰がモノアミンまたはモノカルボン酸、好ましくはモノカルボン酸により達成されることを特徴とする、請求項2記載のポリアミド粉末。
- 該過剰が20〜60mmol/kgポリアミド粉末であることを特徴とする、請求項2または3記載のポリアミド粉末。
- 該ポリアミド粉末のBET表面積が、DIN ISO 9277に従い測定して、少なくとも1m2/g、好ましくは2.5m2/gを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のポリアミド粉末。
- 該ポリアミド粉末の質量平均粒径d50が、レーザー回折により測定して、100μm以下、好ましくは10μm〜80μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のポリアミド粉末。
- かさ密度が、DIN 53466に測定して300g/L〜600g/Lであることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のポリアミド粉末。
- ウォッシュバーン式の使用による毛管上昇法およびオーウェンス、ウェント、ラベルおよびケルブレによる評価法に従って接触角測定により求められる、該粉末の表面エネルギーが、35mN/m以下、好ましくは25mN/m〜32mN/mであることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のポリアミド粉末。
- 該ポリアミド粉末が、沈殿プロセスにより得られることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のポリアミド粉末。
- 該ポリアミドが、ポリアミド6、11、12、1013、1012、66、46、613、106および12/1012の群から選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のポリアミド粉末。
- a)モノマーを重合および/または重縮合してポリアミドを得る工程、
b)粉砕または再沈殿により粉末を製造する工程
を含む、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のポリアミド粉末を製造する方法であって、
工程a)において、アミン末端基過剰の達成のためのモノアミンまたはカルボン酸末端基過剰の達成のためのモノカルボン酸を、調節剤として添加することを特徴とする、ポリアミド粉末の製造方法。 - 工程a)において、モノマー単位中に炭素原子4〜14個を有するラクタムの重合によるかまたはモノマー単位中に炭素原子4〜14個を有する対応するω−アミノカルボン酸の重縮合により製造されたAB型の少なくとも1種のポリアミドと、モノマー単位中にそれぞれ炭素原子4〜14個を有するジアミンおよびジカルボン酸の重縮合により製造されたAABB型の少なくとも1種のポリアミドとが得られ、該粉末が、工程b)において、AB型の少なくとも1種の該ポリアミドおよびAABB型の少なくとも1種の該ポリアミドの共同沈殿により得られることを特徴とする、請求項11記載の方法。
- 成形体を製造するための粉末床溶融結合法における、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のポリアミド粉末の使用。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のポリアミド粉末から少なくとも部分的に得られる、成形体。
- 粉末床溶融結合法により成形体を製造する方法であって、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のポリアミド粉末を使用することを特徴とする、成形体の製造方法。
