Abstract
【解決手段】筐体と、筐体内に収納される振動子20、ステータ30と、振動子を筐体に弾性支持する弾性部材とを備える振動モータであって、ステータはコイル31と、コイルを筐体に支持するコイルホルダ32とを含み、ここで、コイルホルダは支持板と、支持板の両端から曲げて延びる支持アームと、支持アームから曲げた支持脚とを含み、支持脚は支持板の対向面に位置する。

Claims (5)
- 筐体と、筐体内に収納される振動子、ステータと、振動子を筐体に弾性支持する弾性部材とを備える振動モータであって、前記ステータはコイルと、コイルを前記筐体に支持するコイルホルダとを含み、前記コイルホルダは支持板と、当該支持板の両端から曲げて延びる支持アームと、当該支持アームから曲げた支持脚とを含み、当該支持脚は前記支持板の対向面に位置し、振動子には当該支持板を収容する空間が設けられ、振動子が部分的に支持板の間を通って振動し、
前記支持板の両側は前記支持アームの反対の面に向けて曲げられ、前記コイルは前記支持板の両側が前記支持アームの反対の面に向けて曲げられた部分の間に配置され、前記支持板に位置決めされており、
前記振動子は質量ブロックと、質量ブロック内に収納される、前記コイルと対面される磁性鋼を含み、
前記質量ブロックは第1の質量ブロックと第2の質量ブロックとを含み、前記磁性鋼は当該第1の質量ブロック内に収納される第1の磁性鋼と、第2の質量ブロック内に収納される第2の磁性鋼とを含み、前記第1の磁性鋼と第2の磁性鋼はそれぞれ前記コイルの両側に配置され、
前記第1の質量ブロックは前記第2の質量ブロックに固定されて接続されている、
ことを特徴とする、振動モータ。 - 前記第2の質量ブロックは前記コイルホルダの支持アームを通って、当該支持アームの間に運動することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の振動モータ。
- 前記コイルは前記コイルホルダにより支持されて前記振動子内に配置される、ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の振動モータ。
- 前記支持板両端の支持アームの間の距離は前記第2の質量ブロックの幅以上であり、当該支持アームの高さは当該第2の質量ブロックと第2の磁性鋼の厚み以上である、ことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の振動モータ。
- 前記支持脚は前記支持板の幅と同じであり、前記筐体に固定される、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の振動モータ。
