Claims (5)
- 電極としての正極及び負極が交互に積層される積層部と、
前記積層部を挟むように配置され、前記正極及び前記負極を前記積層部に向けてそれぞれ押し出す2つのプッシャーと、
前記プッシャーを制御する制御ユニットとを備え、
前記制御ユニットは、前記プッシャーが前記電極に接触する前の前記プッシャーの加速度よりも前記プッシャーが前記電極に接触した後の前記プッシャーの加速度が大きくなると共に、前記プッシャーが前記電極に接触した後の前記プッシャーの加速度よりも前記プッシャーから前記電極を離すときの前記プッシャーの減速度が小さくなるように、前記プッシャーの速度を制御する速度制御部を有することを特徴とする電極積層装置。 - 前記プッシャーは、前記電極を押し付ける押付部材を有し、
前記押付部材の先端部には、前記電極と接触する接触部が設けられており、
前記積層部は、前記電極が載置される基台と、前記基台に立設され、前記電極の底縁を位置決めする第1側壁と、前記基台に互いに対向するように立設され、前記電極の側縁を位置決めする1対の第2側壁とを有し、
前記第2側壁は、前記プッシャーにより押し出される前記電極が通過する第1スリットと、前記第1スリットと交差するように設けられ、前記接触部が入り込む第2スリットとを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電極積層装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記2つのプッシャーの一方により前記正極及び前記負極の一方を前記積層部に向けて押し出したときに、前記接触部が前記第2スリットに入り込んだ状態で前記2つのプッシャーの一方を停止させ、その状態で前記2つのプッシャーの他方により前記正極及び前記負極の他方を前記積層部に向けて押し出すように、前記プッシャーの押し出しタイミングを制御するタイミング制御部を有することを特徴とする請求項2記載の電極積層装置。
- 前記接触部は、緩衝材で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電極積層装置。
- 前記タイミング制御部は、前記2つのプッシャーの一方により前記正極及び前記負極の一方を前記積層部に向けて押し出したときに、前記接触部が前記第2スリットに入り込んで前記接触部の先端面が前記第2側壁の内壁面よりも内側に位置した状態で前記2つのプッシャーの一方を停止させるように、前記プッシャーの押し出しタイミングを制御することを特徴とする請求項4記載の電極積層装置。
