Abstract
Description
かかる構成によれば、車載用電動圧縮機において接続端子を好適に保護できる。
ハウジング11は、例えば全体として筒状であり、流体が吸入される吸入口21及び流体が吐出される吐出口22を有している。ハウジング11は、電動モータ14を収容するモータ室23を区画しているとともに、インバータ15を収容するインバータ室(回路室)24を区画している。回転軸12、圧縮部13及び電動モータ14は、モータ室23に収容されている。
回路基板71は、例えば第1側壁部41よりも一回り小さく形成された円板状である。回路基板71の厚さ方向は、仕切壁部40の厚さ方向と一致している。回路基板71は、仕切壁部40の第1壁面40aと対向する対向面71aを有している。対向面71aは、回路基板71の一方の板面である。
本体部81は、第1側壁部41と対向する位置に設けられており、詳細には第1側壁部41の径方向R外側に配置されている。本体部81は、配列方向H及び軸線方向Zの双方と直交する方向に延びたボルト挿通孔81aを有しており、ボルト挿通孔81aの延設方向から見て環状の筒状である。本体部81の上記延設方向の長さは、ハウジング11の直径と同一程度である。
仮に車両100のフロント部分が衝突した場合、車載用電動圧縮機10には、ボルト挿通孔81aの延設方向の外力がハウジング11に付与される。この場合、第1側壁部41における接続端子61に対して径方向R外側の部分は、取付脚部80が取り付けられている分だけ、他の部分と比較して、強度が高くなっているため、第1側壁部41における接続端子61に対して径方向R外側の部分は変形しにくい。このため、接続端子61と、第1側壁部41とが接触しにくい。
(1)車載用電動圧縮機10は、回転軸12と、回転軸12を回転させるものであってコイル53を有する電動モータ14と、電動モータ14を駆動するインバータ15と、回転軸12、電動モータ14及びインバータ15を収容するハウジング11とを備えている。ハウジング11内では、モータ室23とインバータ室24とが回転軸12の軸線方向Zに並んで区画されている。ハウジング11は、モータ室23とインバータ室24とを仕切る仕切壁部40と、回転軸12の軸線方向Zに延設されるとともに、仕切壁部40と協働してインバータ室24を区画する第1側壁部41とを有している。インバータ15は、仕切壁部40と対向する対向面71aを有する回路基板71と、対向面71aに搭載されている電子部品72とを有している。
なお、上記実施形態は以下のように変更してもよい。
○ 電子部品72、接続端子61及び取付脚部80は、回転軸12の径方向Rに配列されていればよく、必ずしも回路基板71の中心Mを通る直線上に配置されている必要はない。
○ 車載用電動圧縮機10の圧縮対象の流体は、冷媒に限られず、空気等任意である。
(イ)前記本体部は、前記側壁部に対して対向する位置に設けられている請求項2に記載の車載用流体機械。

- 回転軸と、
前記回転軸を回転させるものであって、コイルを有する電動モータと、
前記電動モータを駆動する駆動回路と、
前記電動モータを収容するモータ室と、前記駆動回路を収容する回路室とが前記回転軸の軸線方向に並んで区画されたハウジングと、
を備えた車載用流体機械であって、
前記ハウジングは、
前記モータ室と前記回路室とを仕切る仕切壁部と、
前記回転軸の軸線方向に延設されるとともに、前記仕切壁部と協働して前記回路室を区画する側壁部と、
を有し、
前記駆動回路は、
前記仕切壁部と対向する対向面を有する回路基板と、
前記対向面に搭載されている電子部品と、
を有し、
前記車載用流体機械は、前記コイルと前記駆動回路とを電気的に接続するのに用いられるものであって、前記仕切壁部を貫通する接続端子を備え、
前記側壁部には、前記ハウジングを車両に取り付けるのに用いられる取付脚部が設けられており、
前記電子部品、前記接続端子及び前記取付脚部は、前記回転軸の径方向内側から外側に向けて前記電子部品、前記接続端子、前記取付脚部の順に配列されていることを特徴とする車載用流体機械。 - 前記取付脚部は、
前記電子部品、前記接続端子及び前記取付脚部の配列方向と、前記回転軸の軸線方向との双方に直交する方向に延びたボルト挿通孔を有する本体部と、
前記側壁部と前記本体部とを連結する連結部と、
を有し、
前記ハウジングは、前記ボルト挿通孔に挿通されるボルトによって前記車両に取り付けられるものであり、
前記接続端子は、前記ボルト挿通孔の延設方向に並んで複数配列されており、
前記連結部は前記ボルト挿通孔の延設方向と同一方向に延びており、前記連結部の延設方向の長さは、前記複数の接続端子の配列長さよりも長い請求項1に記載の車載用流体機械。 - 前記車載用流体機械は、前記回転軸が回転することによって駆動する圧縮部を備えた車載用電動圧縮機である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車載用流体機械。
