Abstract
【解決手段】多孔度が高く、密度の低い詰め綿の帯状材料に化学処理、機械処理および熱処理を施す複合処理工程により詰め綿の帯状材料に既定の機械強度を向上させ、詰め綿の帯状材料から既定の多孔度を減少させる工程を少なくとも含み、それにより印刷材料または補助材料の少なくとも一表面に配置することで配置された材料が詰め綿材料に少しだけ染み込むようにすることで、所定の印刷された模様構造が表面に作成できるようにするという方法により分解することなく洗浄作業および避けられない摩耗に耐えるよう適合された詰め綿材料の作成方法。

Claims (10)
- ウインドブレーカーおよび/または靴等の衣料品の芯地に使用される詰め綿材料の作成方法であり、
その上に配置されるよう適合された詰め綿材料は少なくとも補助材料であり、
前記方法は、多孔度が高く密度が低い詰め綿の帯状材料と、第1主表面、第2主表面および既定の厚みならびに既定の機械強度および多孔度を有する詰め綿帯状材料を提供するという工程を備え、
前記方法は、詰め綿の帯状材料に化学処理、機械処理および熱処理を施す複合処理工程により詰め綿の帯状材料に既定の機械強度を与え、詰め綿の帯状材料から既定の多孔度を減少させる工程を少なくとも含み、それにより少なくとも第1主表面に少なくとも補助補材を配置させることで配置された材料が詰め綿材料に少しだけ染み込むようにすることで、所定の印刷された模様構造を主表面に作成できるようにするという方法により分解することなく洗浄作業および避けられない摩耗に耐えることを特徴とする詰め綿材料の作成方法。 - 既定のデニールで既定の繊維混合体は、異なる性質および繊維混合体により詰め綿が製造される工程S1と、
詰め綿の帯状材料における第1主表面および第2主表面は差別化された方法で既定の樹脂で被膜される工程S2と、
差別化された樹脂で被膜された詰め綿帯状材料は、温度、圧力、速度を管理された加熱されたシリンダー間を通り、詰め綿帯状材料の第1主表面がシリンダーと接することで、主表面は研磨を得て多孔度を減少させる工程S3と、
好ましくはリバースローラー印刷法または印刷あるいは配置方法、例えば、型押シリンダー、印刷版、印刷スクリーンでの方法によって圧縮および研磨された表面に技術的な熱特性を本方法のS1からS3の工程で処理された詰め綿帯状材料の帯状材料に付与するよう適合された着色材料または他材料を印刷して配置する操作工程S4とを、
備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 材料は、グラフェン 、アルミニウム、二酸化チタン、 エアロゲル、ナノ分子あるいは非ナノ分子のうち1つ以上の材料から選択されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 繊維混合体は、バージン繊維および/またはリサイクル繊維、マイクロファイバーを既定割合含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 繊維混合体は100%のリサイクル繊維を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 詰め綿帯状材料における第1主表面および第2主表面を差別化された方法で樹脂で被膜する工程は、第1主表面および第2主表面にビニール樹脂、ブタジエン樹脂、スチレン・ビニル樹脂、アクリル樹脂のうち少なくとも2種類の樹脂から選択し、樹脂は好ましくは−40から+40の範囲で可変である各Tg値を有するアクリル樹脂を任意の熱特性を与えるために転写材料の担体として機能させることを特徴とする請求項2および3に記載の方法。
- シリンダーは鋼鉄製であり、好ましくは、130℃から150℃の温度の範囲でシリンダーを熱し、詰め綿帯状材料における第1主表面および第2主表面に一定時間接触させて樹脂を架橋させ、乾燥炉を5分間十分に通過させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 最終工程では、本方法によって処理された詰め綿の帯状体は、機械強度が約50%増加し、多孔度は初期の多孔度と比較して実質100%減少することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 衣料品、特にウインドブレーカーおよび/または靴等の芯地を作るための詰め綿の帯状材料を得るための方法であり、詰め綿の帯状材料は少なくとも印刷模様および/または任意の補助材料に適合し、向上した断熱性能を受け入れるよう適合され、衣料の芯地が少なくとも既知の対応する芯地と同じCLO値を有するが既知の対応する芯地より少ない繊維を用いる補助材料に被膜されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の詰め綿の帯状材料。
- 詰め綿帯状材料を芯地材料として備える衣料品であり、特にウインドブレーカーおよび/または靴等である請求項9に記載の衣料品。
