Description

The present invention relates to a knitting method of a knitted fabric in which a set-up portion is knitted using a flat knitting machine and a base knitted fabric portion is knitted following the set-up portion.

When a knitted fabric is knitted using a flat knitting machine, a set-up portion is first knitted, and a base knitted fabric portion that is the main body of the knitted fabric is knitted following the set-up portion in the wale direction. By knitting the set-up portion, the base knitted fabric portion can be knitted without unraveling the stitches of the base knitted fabric portion. Here, when the set-up portion is knitted, there is a case in which a yarn thread stitch row is knitted with a yarn that is different from the yarn set-up portion, and the set-up portion is knitted after the yarn draw stitch row. The yarn is removed from the knitted fabric after knitting the knitted fabric. That is, in the completed knitted fabric, the set-up portion is the starting end of the knitted fabric.

As a technique for knitting the set-up portion, for example, a technique described in Patent Document 1 is known. For example, in FIG. 4 of Patent Document 1, a stitch row is knitted in a zigzag shape on the front and back needle beds, and a plurality of stitches locked to one needle bed in the zigzag stitch row are connected in the course direction. After knitting the side stitch row, bag knitting for knitting the other side stitch row connecting the plurality of stitches locked to the other needle bed in the course direction is performed to form a set-up portion.

Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2015-63765

Since the conventional set-up portion has a portion knitted by bag knitting, the set-up portion is likely to be thicker than the base knitted fabric portion. In addition, since the set-up portion is difficult to shrink due to the portion knitted by bag knitting, when the base knitted fabric portion is a knitted structure that easily contracts in the knitting width direction such as a rib structure, the knitting of the base knitted fabric portion is performed. The protruding portion side tends to expand in the knitting width direction.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and one of its purposes is to provide a knitting method of a knitted fabric capable of knitting a knitted fabric in which a set-up portion does not become thick. Another object of the present invention is to provide a knitting method of a knitted fabric in which a set-up portion is difficult to expand in the knitting width direction.

The knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention is
In a knitting method of a knitted fabric that uses a flat knitting machine having a first needle bed and a second needle bed facing forward and backward, knitting a set-up portion, and knitting a base knitted fabric portion following the set-up portion,
The set-up part is
The set-up stitch row that becomes the knitted fabric start end is divided into one needle bed (one of the first and second needle beds) and the other needle bed (the other of the first and second needle beds). ) And A, which are alternately locked one by one,
A knitting that holds a sinker loop of the set-up stitch row between a plurality of stitches locked to the one needle bed and a plurality of stitches locked to the other needle bed in the set-up stitch row Step B for inserting a thread;
The knitting is performed by performing a step C of knitting a new fixing stitch row holding a knit loop of the set-up stitch row continuously in the wale direction of the set-up stitch row.

Here, the set-up stitch row that is alternately locked to one needle bed and the other needle bed in the step A has one stitch alternately to one needle bed and the other needle bed. It may be obtained by forming it, or it may be obtained by distributing a set-up stitch row knitted with one needle bed to one needle bed and the other needle bed. Further, the knitting yarn used in the process B may be different from or the same as the knitting yarn used for knitting the set-up stitch row. Furthermore, the knitting yarn used for knitting the set-up stitch row and the knitting yarn used for knitting the fixing stitch row may be the same or different.

As one form of the knitting method of the knitted fabric of this invention, the said knitting yarn used at the said process B can mention the form containing an elastic yarn.

As one form of the knitting method of the knitted fabric of this invention, the form which knits the said set-up part connected to the cylinder shape can be mentioned.

As one form of the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, when the base knitted fabric portion is knitted, the knitting yarn is inserted into the base knitted fabric portion by inlay knitting.

Inlay knitting is a knitting in which the stitches of the base stitch row are distributed to the front and back needle beds, and the knitting yarn is sandwiched between the allocated stitches. For example, JP-A-60-199953 and JP-2007- This is a known knitting technique as described in Japanese Patent No. 277738.

According to the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, the knitting yarn is inserted between the stitches distributed before and after the set-up stitch row constituting a part of the set-up portion, and each sinker loop of the set-up stitch row is set. The sinker loop can be held by pressing. Further, by holding the knit loop of the set-up stitch row with the fixing stitch row, the holding of the sinker loop by the knitting yarn is confirmed, and the set-up portion can be prevented from being unwound. In other words, the set-up part that is the starting end of the knitted fabric is released by a simple method of inserting the knitting yarn between the stitches before and after the set-up stitch row without carrying out bag knitting, which was conventionally required. Can be prevented. The set-up portion where the bag knitting structure does not exist is finished thinner than the conventional set-up portion. Further, since the bag knitting structure that does not easily expand and contract in the knitting width direction does not exist in the set-up portion, the set-up portion contracts in the same manner as the base knitted fabric portion contracts. It is difficult for the side with the protruding part) to expand in the knitting width direction.

By arranging the knitting yarn including the elastic yarn between the stitches of the set-up stitch row, the stretchability of the set-up portion can be further enhanced.

When the tubular base knitted fabric portion is knitted, the set-up portion is also knitted into a tubular shape. By knitting the tubular set-up portion by the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, it is possible to effectively suppress the start end portion of the tubular base knitted fabric portion from expanding into a trumpet shape.

By inserting the same knitting yarn as the knitting yarn used in the set-up portion into the base knitted fabric portion, the base knitted fabric portion and the set-up portion have the same configuration, so that the boundary between them can be made inconspicuous.

FIG. 3 is a knitting process diagram of a set-up portion of the knitted fabric according to the first embodiment. FIG. 3 is a knitting process diagram of a base knitted fabric portion of the knitted fabric according to the first embodiment.

<Embodiment 1>
Embodiment 1 demonstrates the example which knits a cylindrical set-up part using a 4 bed flat knitting machine. The flat knitting machine used for knitting may be a two-bed flat knitting machine, and the set-up portion may not be cylindrical.

FIG. 1 is a knitting process diagram for knitting a set-up portion of a knitted fabric. In FIG. 1, “S + number” indicates the number of the knitting process, the inverted triangular mark indicates the yarn feeders 8 and 9, FD indicates the lower front needle bed (first needle bed), and FU indicates the upper front needle bed (first needle bed). Needle bed), BD indicates the lower rear needle bed (second needle bed), and BU indicates the upper rear needle bed (second needle bed). The capital letter alphabet indicates the position of the knitting needle. Further, the arrows in the figure indicate the movement of the stitches, and the portions where the knitting operation is actually performed in each knitting process are indicated by bold lines.

S0 shows a state in which the drawn yarn stitch rows 1 and 2 knitted with the drawn yarn are locked to the knitting needles B to K of the BD and the knitting needles B to K of the FD, respectively. From this state, the set-up portions 3 and 4 (see S4 and S6) connected in a tubular shape are knitted continuously in the wale direction of the thread stitch rows 1 and 2. Here, in the case of using a flat knitting machine including a movable sinker (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2015-1332026) that presses the knitting yarn at the time of knitting, the set-up portions 3 and 3 are formed without forming the drawn yarn stitch rows 1 and 2. 4 can also be organized.

In S1, the stitches of the knitting needles C, E, G, I, and K are moved to the knitting needles facing the FU in the drawn yarn stitch row 1 (S0) locked to the BD, and then the knitting yarn Y8 is fed. The yarn feeder 8 to be moved is moved to the right side of the drawing, and the set-up stitch row 10 following the knitting needles B, D, F, H, J of the BD and the FU needles C, E, G, It is formed using I and K. The knitting yarn Y8 is a knitting yarn different from the punched yarn.

Here, it is also possible to knitting the set-up stitch row 10 with the BD without moving a part of the pull-out stitch row 1 to the FU (the same applies to the set-up stitch row 20 described later).

In S2, the stitches of the knitting needles B, D, F, H, and J are moved to the opposing knitting needles of the drawn yarn stitch row 2 (S0) locked to the FD, and the knitting formed on the FU in S1. The stitches in the leading stitch row 10 are returned to the BD. When the removal yarn stitch row 1 is not moved to the FU in S1, there is no need to return the stitches of the set-up stitch row 10 to the BD.

In S2, the yarn feeder 8 is further moved to the left, and the set-up stitch row 20 following the knitting yarn Y8 in the wale direction of the drawn yarn stitch row 2 is moved to the knitting needles K, I, G, E, C and BU of the FD. It is formed using knitting needles J, H, F, D, and B.

In S3, the stitches of the knitting needles C, E, G, I, and K among the stitches of the set-up stitch row 10 that are locked to the BD are moved to the knitting needles of the FU that are opposed to each other (steps related to the knitting of the set-up unit 3). In addition, the stitches of the set-up stitch row 20 formed on the BU in S2 are returned to the FD. A state in which the stitches of the set-up stitch row 10 are alternately locked to the BD (one needle bed) and FU (the other needle bed) one by one by the movement of the stitches of the set-up stitch row 10 (1 × 1). When the set-up stitch row 10 is set to a locked state other than the 1 × 1 locked state (for example, 1 × 2 locked state), adjacent stitches in the set-up stitch row 10 are locked to the same needle bed. Do not do that because it will unravel what is being done.

In S3, the yarn feeder 9 for supplying the knitting yarn Y9 is moved to the right, and the stitches in the set-up stitch row 10 locked between the front and back needle beds, that is, the BD, and the set-up stitch locked in the FU. A knitting yarn Y9 that holds the sinker loop of the set-up stitch row 10 is inserted between the stitches of the row 10 (corresponding to step B relating to the knitting of the set-up portion 3).

The material and form of the knitting yarn Y9 are not particularly limited. For example, examples of the knitting yarn Y9 include a knitting yarn including an elastic yarn. If the knitting yarn Y9 includes an elastic yarn, the set-up portion 3 can have high stretchability. Here, the knitting yarn Y8 fed from the yarn feeder 8 can also be used as the knitting yarn to be inserted into the set-up stitch row 10. In that case, it is preferable to tack the right end stitch (the knitting needle K of the FU) of the set-up stitch row 10 or to form a hook on the empty needle on the right side of the knitting needle K so that the knitting yarn does not loosen. When forming the hook, it is preferable to remove the hook from the needle bed after S5 described later.

In S4, the yarn feeder 8 is moved rightward, and the fixing stitch row 11 following the wale direction of the set-up stitch row 10 is moved to the knitting needles B, D, F, H, J of BD and the knitting needles C, E, FU of FU. G, I, and K are formed (corresponding to the process C related to the knitting of the set-up portion 3). The knit loop of the set-up stitch row 10 is held by the fixing stitch row 11, and the knitting yarn Y9 disposed between the stitches of the set-up stitch row 10 is fixed so as not to come off from the set-up stitch row 10. The set-up section 3 is configured by the set-up stitch row 10, the knitting yarn Y9 arranged between the stitches, and the fixing stitch row 11 following the set-up stitch row 10.

Here, in the case where the base knitted fabric portions 5 and 6 to be described later are made into a tentacle structure, unlike the example shown in the figure, the stitches of the set-up stitch row 10 locked to the FU are returned to the BD and then fixed. The stitch row 11 is preferably knitted.

In S5, among the stitches in the fixing stitch row 11, the stitches locked to the FU are moved to the BD knitting needles facing each other, and among the stitches in the set-up stitch row 20, the FD knitting needles B, D, F, The stitches locked by H and J are moved to the opposing knitting needles of BU (corresponding to step A relating to the knitting of the set-up portion 4). By the movement of the stitches of the set-up stitch row 20, the stitches of the set-up stitch row 20 are alternately locked to the FD (one needle bed) and BU (the other needle bed) one by one (1 × 1).

In S5, the yarn feeder 9 is further moved leftward, and between the front and back needle beds, that is, between the stitches of the set-up stitch row 20 locked to the FD and the stitches of the set-up stitch row 20 locked to BU. Then, the knitting yarn Y9 holding the sinker loop of the set-up stitch row 20 is inserted (corresponding to the process B related to the knitting of the set-up portion 4).

In S6, a fixing stitch row 21 continuous in the wale direction of the set-up stitch row 20 is formed on the knitting needles K, I, G, E, C of the FD and the knitting needles J, H, F, D, B of the BU ( This corresponds to the process C related to the knitting of the set-up unit 4). The knit loop of the set-up stitch row 20 is held by the fixing stitch row 21, and the knitting yarn Y <b> 9 disposed between the stitches of the set-up stitch row 20 is fixed so as not to be detached from the set-up stitch row 20. The set-up section 4 is configured by the set-up stitch row 20, the knitting yarn Y9 sandwiched between the stitches, and the fixing stitch row 21 following the set-up stitch row 20.

In S7, the stitches locked by the BU among the stitches in the fixing stitch row 21 are moved to the FD facing each other. By the knitting described above, the set-up portion 3 locked to the BD and the set-up portion 4 locked to the FD are connected in a cylindrical shape. In particular, in this example, the processes A, B, and C related to the knitting of the set-up part 3 are performed, and then the processes A, B, and C related to the knitting of the set-up part 4 are performed, so that the set-up part 3 is inserted. Since the knitting yarn Y9 and the knitting yarn Y9 inserted into the set-up portion 4 are connected, it is possible to effectively suppress the starting end portion of the knitted fabric from spreading in a trumpet shape.

Thereafter, the base knitted fabric portions 5 and 6 that are continuous in the wale direction of the set-up portions 3 and 4 are knitted. In this example, the knitting yarn Y9 used for knitting the set-up portions 3 and 4 is knitted into the base knitted fabric portions 5 and 6 by inlay knitting. An example of the organization will be described with reference to FIG. The way of looking at the drawing is the same as in FIG.

S10 in FIG. 2 shows a state in which the set-up portions 3 and 4 shown in S7 in FIG. 1 are completed. From this state, in S11, the stitches of the set-up portion 3 are distributed to BD and FU, the yarn feeder 8 is moved to the right side, and the base stitch row 50 following the set-up portion 3 is knitted. The base stitch row 50 is a stitch row constituting a part of the base knitted fabric portion 5 and can be knitted with a knitting yarn fed from a yarn feeder different from the yarn feeder 8.

Here, in S11, the stitches of the set-up portion 3 are allocated to the 1 × 1 locked state, but another allocation method may be used. The base knitted fabric portions 5 and 6 are not places where unlocking is required like the set-up stitch rows 3 and 4 which are the knitted fabric starting end portions, and may be in a locked state other than the 1 × 1 locked state. This is because it will not be unraveled. For example, the stitches of the set-up portion 3 may be distributed so that the locked state is 1 × 2, 2 × 1, 2 × 2. Further, after the base stitch row 50 is knitted, the stitches of the base stitch row 50 may be allocated to BD and FU.

In S12, the yarn feeder 9 is moved to the right side, the knitting yarn Y9 is inserted between the front and back needle beds, and the knitting yarn Y9 is arranged between the stitches of the base stitch row 50 arranged in the BD and FU.

In S13, the stitches of the base stitch row 50 locked to the FU are moved to the BD knitting needles facing each other, the stitches of the set-up portion 4 locked to the FD are distributed to the FD and BU, and the yarn feeder 8 is moved. The base stitch row 60 following the set-up portion 4 is knitted by moving to the left side. The base stitch row 60 is a stitch row that constitutes a part of the base knitted fabric portion 6.

In S14, the yarn feeder 9 is moved to the left side, the knitting yarn Y9 is inserted between the front and back needle beds, and the knitting yarn Y9 is arranged between the stitches of the base stitch row 60 arranged in the FD and BU. Thereafter, by repeating the same knitting as in S11 to S14, the base knitted fabric portions 5, 6 into which the knitting yarn Y9 is knitted can be knitted.

As shown in the knitting process described above, bag knitting is not performed when the set-up portions 3 and 4 are knitted, so that the set-up portions 3 and 4 become inconspicuous and the set-up portions of the base knitted fabric portions 5 and 6 Since it becomes difficult for the 3rd and 4th sides to expand in a trumpet shape, the appearance of the knitted fabric can be improved. Further, by using the knitting yarn Y9 used for the set-up portions 3 and 4 for the inlay knitting of the base knitted fabric portions 5 and 6, at the boundary between the set-up portions 3 and 4 and the base knitted fabric portions 5 and 6. There is no need to take out the knitting yarn Y9, and the number of yarn endings of the knitting yarn Y9 can be reduced throughout the knitted fabric.
