Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 積分器に固定部材を介して着脱自在に取り付けられ、試料を入れたセル及びキャップを有する試料容器を前記積分器内に配置した状態で保持する試料容器保持部材であって、
前記固定部材に固定される柱形状の支柱部と、
前記支柱部の軸方向における端部に設けられ、前記試料容器が取り付けられる容器取付部と、を備え、
前記容器取付部は、
前記キャップを収容する収容部と、
前記セルの外面の少なくとも3点に接触して前記試料容器を保持する保持部と、を有する試料容器保持部材。 - 前記保持部は、前記セルに照射される励起光の光軸方向に垂直な垂直方向に対して当該光軸方向おける一方側又は他方側に前記セルの長手方向を傾斜させた状態で、当該試料容器を保持する、請求項1に記載の試料容器保持部材。
- 前記支柱部において前記固定部材との接触部分の少なくとも一部は、角柱形状である、請求項1又は2に記載の試料容器保持部材。
- 前記保持部は、断面がC字形状の内面を有し、当該内面が前記セルの外面に接触して前記試料容器を保持する、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の試料容器保持部材。
- 前記保持部は、弾性材により形成されている、請求項4に記載の試料容器保持部材。
- 前記保持部におけるC字形状の前記内面の内径は、前記セルの外径よりも小さい、請求項5に記載の試料容器保持部材。
- 前記保持部におけるC字形状の前記内面には、当該C字形状の断面と交差する方向に延在する溝部が形成されている、請求項4〜6の何れか一項に記載の試料容器保持部材。
- 前記支柱部と前記容器取付部とは、別体で構成されており、
前記容器取付部は、前記支柱部の軸方向における端部に着脱自在に固定されている、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の試料容器保持部材。 - 前記収容部に収容された前記キャップを囲うように設けられた遮光部を備える、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の試料容器保持部材。
- 前記収容部は、前記キャップの天面に対向する基部と、前記基部に立設するように設けられた側部と、を含み、
前記基部及び前記側部は、前記キャップを収容する収容空間を画成し、
前記収容空間に収容した前記キャップと前記側部との間には、隙間が形成されている、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の試料容器保持部材。 - 試料に励起光を照射することによって発生する計測光を計測する光計測装置であって、
請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の試料容器保持部材と、
前記試料容器が内部に配置される積分器と、
前記積分器に前記試料容器保持部材を着脱自在に取り付ける固定部材と、
前記励起光を発生させる光発生部と、
前記計測光を検出する光検出部と、
前記光検出部の検出結果を解析する解析部と、を備える、光計測装置。 - 支柱部と、前記支柱部の軸方向における端部に設けられ収容部及び保持部を有する容器取付部と、を備える試料容器保持部材によって、固定部材を介して、試料を入れたセル及びキャップを有する試料容器を積分器内に配置する試料容器配置方法であって、
前記支柱部を前記固定部材に固定する支柱部固定ステップと、
前記容器取付部に前記試料容器を取り付ける容器取付ステップと、
前記試料容器を前記積分器内に配置する容器配置ステップと、を備え、
前記容器取付ステップでは、前記キャップを前記収容部に収容しつつ、前記保持部に前記セルの外面の少なくとも3点を接触させて前記試料容器を保持する、試料容器配置方法。 - 前記容器配置ステップでは、前記セルに照射される励起光の光軸方向に垂直な垂直方向に対して当該光軸方向おける一方側又は他方側に前記セルの長手方向を傾斜させた状態で、前記試料容器を配置する、請求項12に記載の試料容器配置方法。
- 前記容器取付ステップでは、前記試料容器を前記保持部へはめ込むことで取り付ける、請求項12又は13に記載の試料容器配置方法。
- 前記容器取付ステップの前に、前記支柱部に設けられた前記容器取付部を、当該容器取付部とは異なる別の容器取付部に交換する、請求項12〜14の何れか一項に記載の試料容器配置方法。
