【解決手段】光モジュールは、電気信号の入出力を行う電気信号ポート及び光信号の入出力を行う光信号ポートを有する筐体と、前記筐体の内部に配置され、前記電気信号ポートに接続される第1基板と、前記筐体の内部に配置され、前記光信号ポートに接続される光ファイバと、前記光ファイバと接続され光信号の入出力を行う光素子が設けられ、前記第1基板と電気的に接続され、前記筐体の底面に対して傾斜して前記筐体の内部に配置される第2基板と、を備える。

Claims (8)
- 電気信号の入出力を行う電気信号ポート及び光信号の入出力を行う光信号ポートを有する筐体と、
前記筐体の内部に配置され、前記電気信号ポートに接続される第1基板と、
前記筐体の内部に配置され、前記光信号ポートに接続される光ファイバと、
前記光ファイバと接続され光信号の入出力を行う光素子が設けられ、前記第1基板と電気的に接続され、前記筐体の底面に対して傾斜して前記筐体の内部に配置される第2基板と、
を備える光モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の光モジュールであって、
前記第2基板は、前記筐体の底面に対し70°以上90°未満の角度で傾斜して配置される、
光モジュール。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の光モジュールであって、
前記筐体は、前記筐体の底面に対して傾斜した平面部を有し、
前記第2基板は、前記平面部に固定される、
光モジュール。 - 請求項3に記載の光モジュールであって、
前記平面部は、前記筐体の第1の内壁に接する第1平面部と、前記第1平面部と離間して、前記第1の内壁と対向する第2の内壁に接する第2平面部とを含み、
前記第2基板は、前記第1平面部と前記第2平面部にわたって配置される固定板に固定される、
光モジュール。 - 請求項4に記載の光モジュールであって、
前記第2基板は、フレキシブル基板であり、前記固定板、前記筐体の底面、前記第1平面部及び前記第2平面部で囲まれる領域を通って、前記第1基板と電気的に接続される、
光モジュール。 - 請求項5に記載の光モジュールであって、
前記第2基板は、前記第1基板の表面及び裏面と電気的に接続され、前記第1基板の表面、前記固定板及び前記第1基板の裏面を囲むU字状に配置される、
光モジュール。 - 請求項4乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の光モジュールであって、
前記固定板は、前記第1平面部及び前記第2平面部にねじ止めされる、
光モジュール。 - 請求項2乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の光モジュールであって、
前記筐体は、前記第2基板を前記平面部とで挟み込む放熱部を有する、
光モジュール。
