Abstract
【解決手段】パスボックスやインキュベータなどに接続されて利用されるアイソレータ12であって、アイソレータ12は、内部に外部雰囲気から隔離される無菌作業室13と、無菌作業室13の側壁23に形成された開口部25を開閉する扉22Rとを備える。扉22Rの前方端部22RFを開口部25の開口面に沿って案内するガイドレール32Gを設けるとともに、扉22Rをその先端に回動可能に連結させた上方レバー部材40Uと下方レバー部材40Dを回動軸42により側壁23に回動自在に支持することにより、前方端部22RFを後方側に移動させつつ、前方端部22RFを軸心として扉22Rを回動させて開口部25を開放させる。

Claims (5)
- 外部雰囲気から隔離される作業室を内部に備え、前記作業室に形成された開口部を開閉する開閉扉を備えたアイソレータであって、
前記開閉扉の端部の前記開口部の開口面に沿った移動を案内する移動案内手段と、前記移動する端部を軸心として前記開閉扉の回動を案内する回動案内手段とを備え、
前記開閉扉は、閉鎖状態では前記端部が作業室の前方側に位置しており、当該端部を後方側に移動させつつ、当該端部を軸心として開閉扉を作業室内に回動させて開口部を開放させることを特徴とするアイソレータ。 - 前記作業室の前方側に外部から作業するためのグローブが配置され、また、前記開閉扉の表面には開閉操作をするための操作部が設けられ、前記開閉扉は、開放状態では前記操作部が作業室の前方側に向けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアイソレータ。
- 前記回動案内手段は、基端側が前記作業室の内部面に回動可能に支持され、先端側が前記開閉扉に回動可能に連結されたレバー部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1、2の何れか一項に記載のアイソレータ。
- 前記開閉扉は、閉鎖状態では前記開口部に嵌合されており、嵌合された開閉扉と開口部の隙間を密封するシール手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のアイソレータ。
- 前記開閉扉を閉鎖位置と開放位置に保持するロック手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のアイソレータ。
