Abstract
Description
1.フィトンチッドカプセルの製造
韓国公開特許第2010−0108104号公報に開示されたカプセルの製造方法に基づいて、連続乳化重合法を用いてカプセルを製造した。外部が疎水性重合体層で取り囲まれているカプセルを製造するために、カルボン酸ラテックスコアをシードとして用いた。合成された重合カプセルは両親媒性内部層と疎水性外壁層で構成された二重層からなる。重合体セルの主な成分は、メチルメタクリレート及びスチレンであり、アミン系耐腐食剤としてはトリエタノールアミンを用いた。また、封入効率を高めるために、疎水性セルの重合過程中に封入させた。トリエタノールアミンは、コア−疎水性セルの総重量に対して1.37重量%添加した。すべての化合物は精製せずに用いており、重合過程は窒素下で行った。ここに、フィトンチッド、TiO2、金属、及び沸点が低いワックスをさらに混合し、高速で攪拌させてフィトンチッドを均一に分散させることで、カプセルの表面にワックスが均一に分散され、内部にフィトンチッド、TiO2及び金属鉄を含むフィトンチッドカプセルを形成した。
コーティング組成物の総重量を基準として、紫外線硬化型ウレタンアクリルオリゴマーを20重量%、アクリルモノマーを60重量%、360〜370nm及び380〜400nmの特性の波長を有する光開始剤を10重量%、光触媒を5重量%、及び上記製造されたフィトンチッドカプセル5重量%を混合し、高速攪拌機において1000rpmの速度で混合攪拌して、環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物を製造した。
上記環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物を鋼板表面1cm2当たりの液滴(Droplet)数を1、10、100、1,000、10,000、50,000個に変化させて、それぞれインクジェット噴射した。
コーティング鋼板の環境ホルモン分解能を実験するために、インクジェット噴射されたコーティング試料300mm×300mmを5リットルの容量のガスバック下端部に配置し、実験ガスとして環境ホルモンの一つであるホルムアルデヒド(HCHO)ガスを一定の濃度(100〜120ppm)で注入し、2時間経過した後、ガスバックに存在するホルムアルデヒドガスの濃度を測定した。
Claims (17)
- コーティング組成物の総重量を基準として、
紫外線硬化型アクリルオリゴマーを2〜30重量%、
アクリルモノマーを25〜70重量%、
光開始剤を0.5〜10重量%、
光触媒を1〜30重量%、及び
内部にフィトンチッド、TiO2及び金属を含むフィトンチッドカプセルを0.01〜5重量%含む、環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物。 - 前記フィトンチッドカプセルは多孔性構造である、請求項1に記載の環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物。
- 前記金属は、鉄、コバルト、及びニッケルからなる群より選択される1つ以上である、請求項1に記載の環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物。
- 前記紫外線硬化型アクリルオリゴマーの重量平均分子量は、1,000〜3,000である、請求項1に記載の環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物。
- 前記紫外線硬化型アクリルオリゴマーは、アクリル酸のアルキルエステル、メタクリル酸のアルキルエステル、またはこれらの混合物からなり、前記アルキルは、炭素数18個以下である、請求項1に記載の環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物。
- 前記アクリルモノマーは、アクリル酸のアルキルエステル、メタクリル酸のアルキルエステル、またはこれらの混合物からなり、前記アルキルは、炭素数18個以下である、請求項1に記載の環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物。
- 前記光開始剤は、360〜370nm、380〜400nm、またはこれらを混合した特性の波長で光重合を開始する特性を有する、請求項1に記載の環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物。
- 前記光触媒は、300〜420nmの波長に反応する平均粒径0超過100nm以下の二酸化チタン(TiO2)である、請求項1に記載の環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物。
- 前記フィトンチッドカプセルは0.5〜5μmの平均粒径を有する、請求項1に記載の環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物。
- 前記環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物は、分散剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物。
- 前記環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物の粘度は、20〜25℃の温度範囲で1〜50cpである、請求項1に記載の環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物。
- 鋼板を提供する段階と、
前記鋼板の少なくとも一面に、コーティング組成物の総重量を基準として、紫外線硬化型アクリルオリゴマーを2〜30重量%、アクリルモノマーを25〜70重量%、光開始剤を0.5〜10重量%、光触媒を1〜30重量%、及び内部にフィトンチッド、TiO2及び金属を含むフィトンチッドカプセルを0.01〜5重量%含む環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物をインクジェット噴射する段階と、
前記噴射されたコーティング組成物上に磁場を形成し、前記フィトンチッドカプセルをコーティング層の上部に移動させる段階と、
を含む、環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物がコーティングされたコーティング鋼板の製造方法。 - 前記噴射する段階は、鋼板1cm2の面積当たり最低10個の液滴が噴射されるように行われる、請求項12に記載の環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物がコーティングされたコーティング鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記噴射する段階は、一つの液滴内にフィトンチッドカプセルと光触媒の 粒子の合計が1〜100個含まれるように行われる、請求項12に記載の環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物がコーティングされたコーティング鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記鋼板は、亜鉛めっき鋼板、ステンレス鋼板、アルミ鋼板、またはマグネシウム鋼板である、請求項12に記載の環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物がコーティングされたコーティング鋼板の製造方法。
- 鋼板と、
前記鋼板の少なくとも一面に形成されたコーティング層と、を含み、
前記コーティング層は、コーティング組成物の総重量を基準として、紫外線硬化型アクリルオリゴマーを2〜30重量%、アクリルモノマーを25〜70重量%、光開始剤を0.5〜10重量%、光触媒を1〜30重量%、及び内部にフィトンチッド、TiO2及び金属を含むフィトンチッドカプセルを0.01〜5重量%含むコーティング組成物を含み、
前記フィトンチッドカプセルは、前記コーティング層の上部に位置する、環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物がコーティングされたコーティング鋼板。 - 前記フィトンチッドカプセルは多孔性構造である、請求項16に記載の環境ホルモン分解インクジェットコーティング組成物がコーティングされたコーティング鋼板。
