Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 直流電流を生成するように構成された電源と、
前記直流電流をRF信号に変換するように構成された無線周波(RF)波形生成器と、
前記RF波形生成器への直流入力電圧を測定するように構成された電圧検出器と、
出力電流フィードバックを測定するように構成された電流検出器と、
プロセッサであって、
少なくとも前記測定された直流入力電圧と前記測定された出力電流フィードバックとに基づいて出力電圧フィードバックを推定し、
前記RF波形生成器への前記直流入力電圧を制御する制御信号を出力する
ように構成されたプロセッサとを備え、前記制御信号が、少なくとも前記推定された出力電圧と前記出力電流フィードバックとに基づく、電気手術装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電気手術装置において、
前記RF波形生成器が、前記プロセッサにより調節された前記直流入力電圧から前記RF信号を生成するように構成されたブリッジ回路を備える、
電気手術装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電気手術装置において、
前記電圧検出器が、前記ブリッジ回路への前記直流入力電圧を測定する、
電気手術装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電気手術装置において、
前記RF波形生成器と電気的に通信する絶縁バリアをさらに備える、
電気手術装置。 - 請求項4に記載の電気手術装置において、
前記出力電圧フィードバックを測定するのではなく前記出力電圧フィードバックを推定する結果、前記絶縁バリアにまたがるキャパシタンスが低減する、
電気手術装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電気手術装置において、
前記プロセッサが、統計分析法を使用して前記出力電圧を推定する、
電気手術装置。 - 請求項6に記載の電気手術装置において、
前記統計分析法が、重線形回帰分析であり、前記測定された直流入力電圧に対するADC測定値と、前記測定された出力電流フィードバックに対する交流RMS測定値とが、独立変数として使用される、
電気手術装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電気手術装置において、
前記RF波形生成器への前記直流入力電圧を制御する前記制御信号が、測定された出力電圧フィードバックに基づかない、
電気手術装置。 - RFシステムの電力を制御する方法であって、
RF波形生成器への直流入力電圧を測定するステップと、
出力電流フィードバックを測定するステップと、
少なくとも前記測定された直流入力電圧と前記測定された出力電流フィードバックとに基づいて、出力電圧フィードバックを推定するステップと、
前記RF波形生成器への前記直流入力電圧を制御する制御信号を出力するステップであって、前記制御信号が、少なくとも前記推定された出力電圧と前記出力電流フィードバックとに基づく、出力するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 請求項9に記載の方法において、
前記出力電圧フィードバックを推定するステップが、統計分析法を使用するステップを含む、
方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法において、
前記統計分析法が、重線形回帰分析であり、前記測定された直流入力電圧に対するADC測定値と前記測定された交流RMS出力電流フィードバックとが、独立変数として使用される、
方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法において、
前記測定された出力電流フィードバックを使用して、推定された出力電圧フィードバックにおける非線形挙動を補償するステップ、
をさらに含む、方法。 - 請求項9に記載の方法において、
前記RF波形生成器への前記直流入力電圧を制御する前記制御信号が、測定された出力電圧フィードバックに基づかない、
方法。 - 電気手術装置であって、
直流電源電流と直流電圧とを供給するように構成された直流電源と、
電力制限設定を受信してパルス幅変調(PWM)信号を出力するように構成されたプログラム可能論理装置であって、前記PWM信号が、前記電力制限設定に対応する、前記プログラム可能論理装置と、
前記PWM信号を閾値電圧に変換するように構成されたバッファと、
比較器であって、
前記直流電源電流と前記直流電圧との乗算値を前記閾値電圧と比較し、
前記プログラム可能論理装置に有効化信号を出力する
ように構成された比較器と、を備え、RFエネルギーの出力を前記電気手術装置が前記電力制限設定未満に制御することを可能にするPWM信号を前記プログラム可能論理装置が出力することを、前記有効化信号が有効化する、電気手術装置。 - 請求項14に記載の電気手術装置において、
前記直流電源電流と前記直流電圧とを乗算するアナログ乗算器をさらに備える、
電気手術装置。 - 請求項14に記載の電気手術回路において、
前記プログラム可能論理装置が、遅延論理回路をさらに備え、前記遅延論理回路が、異常期間に等しい期間にわたって、前記プログラム可能論理装置からの前記PWM信号の出力を遅延させるように構成された、
電気手術回路。 - 請求項14に記載の電気手術装置において、
前記プログラム可能論理装置が、RF有効化信号を受信するようにさらに構成され、RFエネルギーの出力を前記電力制限設定未満に制御する前記PWM信号を前記プログラム可能論理装置が出力することを、前記RF有効化信号と前記比較器からの前記有効化信号とが可能にする、
電気手術装置。 - 請求項14に記載の電気手術装置において、
前記プログラム可能論理装置が、フィールドプログラマブルゲートアレイである、
電気手術装置。 - 請求項14に記載の電気手術装置において、
前記プログラム可能論理装置が、複合プログラマブル論理装置である、
電気手術装置。 - 請求項14に記載の電気手術装置において、
前記電力制限設定が、規格IEC60601に適合する、
電気手術装置。 - 請求項14に記載の電気手術装置において、
前記プログラム可能論理装置が、RF生成器によるRFエネルギーの出力を前記電気手術装置が前記電力制限設定未満に制御することを可能にする前記PWM信号を出力する、
電気手術装置。
